Ruba's Decision: Training The Soul To Be Stronger

[Ruba]

As Yamoshi exited Universe 7 and arrived on the edge of Universe 6, Ruba finally overpowered his other half and took control of his body one more. He yelled out, "THAT IS ENOUGH OF YOU FOR NOW, YAMOSHI!!! YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE CONTROL OF MY BODY WHILE I WAS INDISPOSED!!! FOR THIS FINAL TRANSGRESSION AGAINST ME, I'LL SEAL YOU WITHIN THE DEPTHS OF MY SOUL AND WILL ONLY RELEASE YOU ONCE I FEEL YOU HAVE LEARNED YOUR FAULT!!!" Ruba roared as he forced Yamoshi's soul into the bowels of his own. He gave a sharp exhale as he saw a plush purple cat in destroyer raiments and a female angel attendant in front of him. He let out a sigh and said, "Apologies for entering your universe without your knowledge... I assume you must be Lord Champa and Lady Vados of Universe 6, correct?" He gave a deep bow toward the both of them and hoped it would be enough to escape their ire.

[Champa]

Champa was monitoring the events on the planet between Universe 7 and Universe 6 once he felt destruction energy fired. He watched what Yamoshi was doing with the saiyan Ruba's body and watched as he fled toward his universe. He and Vados quickly made their way toward where Yamoshi would enter, but before he could be destroyed, Ruba regained control and seemed to suppress Yamoshi's soul. He was curious to see what kind of man Ruba was. He crossed his arms and said, "You have a lot of nerve coming here after what you did, Ruba Vegeta."

[Vados]

Vados followed along side Champa as they went to confront Ruba. They both knew of the Universe 7 saiyan and they had also just watched what had transpired on the secret planet of Azurath. She looked at Ruba and after she heard Champa speak his mind she said, "We are ...and I am curious as to why you came here?...did you think you could run from what you done?..." She said as she looked at him.

Vados knew his actions were not his own but she had to make him question it so he could become aware of the situation.

[Ruba]

Ruba looked at his feet as he heard the rage in Champa's voice as he questioned him. He kept his head bent as he heard Vados confirm who they were and asked why he came here and if he thought he could run from what he had done. Ruba thought for a moment and said, "To be honest... I have no idea how I got here. Neither do I know what I have done. My last memory was dealing with a hologram of my father and falling unconscious. After that... I ended up recovering my mind and body here at the edge of your universe."

[Champa]

Champa listened as Ruba explained everything he remembered. He gave a look to Vados and said, "SO your telling me after the incident with your dad, you don't remember what happened? This is troublesome for sure. Vados... show him what happened after Yamoshi took over his body." Champa turned his back on Ruba and waited for Vados to show Ruba what he did.

[Vados]

Vados listened to Ruba explain how he didn't remember what happened and she said, "Oh how unfortunate..." She then heard Champa tell her to show him what happened and she said, "Yes my lord..." She then held up her staff and sent out a holographic projection of the recent events and she said, "This may be a bit unsettling to watch..." and she watched the events of Azurath through the hologram.

[Ruba]

Ruba was confused on what both Champa and Vados was saying. Vados then tapped her staff as a hologram appeared. Ruba watched in horror as he saw what had happened and why the gods were angry with him. He watched as Yamoshi in control of his body viciously attacked his family. He heard the sickening snap of Devlin's spine and the tearing of Polar's flesh. It made him sick to his stomach as he realized that he, and all the saiyans, had been lied to about Yamoshi. He watched as Yamoshi slapped Rasha out of the way and used destroyer energy on Teelo, erasing her from existence. He watched as Yamoshi attempted to kill Sebas, but was fought off and forced to retreat, but not before ruining Sebas's reputation.

Ruba turned away from the hologram as it disappeared and said, "SO I have been lied to about who dwells within me. Yamoshi was never the hero and he has caused too much pain to my family. My soul and will are not strong enough to defeat him alone. I must find a way to become stronger both phsyically, mentally and spiritually. Lord Champa and Lady Vados... please... I ask that you help me become strong enough to finally defeat Yamoshi so that my universe and the multiverse as a whole can know peace." Ruba bowed deeply as he waited for them to respond.

[Champa]

Though Champa had turned his back on Ruba, he kept a close eye on his reactions. It seems his hypothesis on Ruba being unaware of Yamoshi's actions was right. He saw as the saiyan reacted vividly to what Yamoshi had done. He saw as Ruba began to struggle with what happened to his family, but was caught off guard by what happened next. Ruba was asking him for assistance to defeat the lingering soul of Yamoshi to save the multiverse. He gace a rye smirk and said, "You want us to help you defeat the calamity of the saiyan race? I don't mind, but it's on Vados to decide if we do or not. At this point you'll need our help to get to the next level." He turned to Vados and waited on her decision.

Vados was watching Ruba closely to assess his reaction to what she was showing and as she saw his reaction was real horror she knew it was Ruba and not Yamoshi in control. She then listened to what Champa said and she gave a not then moved forward closer to him. She then said, "If we train you there is gonna be a price to this...I want you to understand this because I don't take this lightly..." She said and paused. She then said, "If we train you and you fail to successfully overtake Yamoshi's soul and you use the power you gain to do harm to our universe or your universe then we will be forced to erase you from existence...and I don't know if Yamoshi ever told you the truth to what happened over a thousand years ago when he was alive...but it may be wise to know the full truth so you know exactly what you are dealing with..."

[Ruba]

Ruba listened as Champa agreed, but said it was up to Vados to decided. He turn toward her as she slowly approached him and told him their would be a price. He took a deep breath as she explained the situation to him and what would happen if he failed. He gave her a nod, but was caught off guard by the kind look in her eyes. He looked at her and said, "You have such kind eyes, Lady Vados. I swear from here on out I will dedicate myself to defeat Yamoshi and bring back balance. If I fail..." Ruba turned toward Champa and said, "I give you my permission to erase me from existence Lord Champa. I trust you more than I do your brother Beerus."

[Vados]

Ruba listened as Champa agreed, but said it was up to Vados to decided. He turn toward her as she slowly approached him and told him their would be a price. He took a deep breath as she explained the situation to him and what would happen if he failed. He gave her a nod, but was caught off guard by the kind look in her eyes. He looked at her and said, "You have such kind eyes, Lady Vados. I swear from here on out I will dedicate myself to defeat Yamoshi and bring back balance. If I fail..." Vados was taken off guard by Ruba's sudden admittance towards her eyes and she blushed ever so slightly. She then watched as he turned to Champa and give him permission to erase him if he failed. She then stepped forward and said, "I do believe you should know the full truth of the past and what Yamoshi did when he was alive...then you will understand why we said what we said..."

She then produced another hologram and showed him all the stuff Yamoshi kept secret and kept from Ruba. She showed him the real reasons why he wanted the god power and why the ritual was kept secret so no other could access it again. She then waited patiently as the whole story played out on Yamoshi's history.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as Vados stepped forward and told him to watch what Yamoshi was truly like. He watched as the hologram returned and saw the atrocities that Yamoshi had caused over the years as King of the Saiyans. He saw Yamoshi lie and deceive his friends and family. He watched as he used his own family as sacrifices to obtain power he had no business wielding. He saw as Yamoshi allowed millions of countless saiyans to be butcher in his war with Akumo. Ruba turned away and said, "That is enough Vados… I can't stand to watch anymore of what the true Yamoshi was like. I will do my best to not turn into what he became, this I swear."

[Champa]

Champa was surprised that Ruba turned to him and gave him permission to erase him. He also was filled with pride as Ruba claimed he trusted him over his twin, Beerus. He was about to respond, but Vados had cut him off to show Ruba what Yamoshi was truly like. He was slightly agitated that Vados had interrupted him again, but remained silent as the events unfolded. He could see the troubled look on Ruba's face and knew that the young saiyan was having his world torn apart. He watched as Ruba turned away and asked Vados to stop showing him the past. Champa looked toward Vados and said, "I think you've traumatized him enough. What? Did you get excited when he complimented your eyes? Geez aren't you so vain that a mere compliment makes you blush, Vados."

[Vados]

Champa was surprised that Ruba turned to him and gave him permission to erase him. He also was filled with pride as Ruba claimed he trusted him over his twin, Beerus. Vados ended the visual history lesson as she saw the information really his Ruba good. She then heard Champa speak to her and she said, "It may of been traumatizing to see the real past but we certainly don't want a repeat of history so he needed to know and to know why I said what I said..." She then looked over at Champa and she said, "Yeah I blushed...not like I ever got compliments on my eyes before...besides...what are you jealous that no one complimented your eyes?..."

She then looked over at Ruba and she said, "I'm sorry you had to learn the truth like this but you needed to know so you knew what was at stake...Yamoshi caused a war that nearly destroyed everything and during this time he also helped cause the erasure of six of our universes...the amount that is at steak is bigger than you know."

[Ruba]

Ruba looked at Vados and Champa as they began to bicker. He gave a soft smile as it reminded him of his wife, Rasha, and Devlin. He looked back at Vados as she turned and apologized for what she asked him to watch. He looked down at his hands and said, "My mother's blood is on my hands... something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life. It's why I have to get stronger so that I can finally rid the universe of the evil that is Yamoshi. It's why I have asked you both to train me and help me get to that point." Ruba returned his gaze to the deities in front of him. His gaze was full of conviction and determination.

[Champa]

Champa saw Vados blush once more as she accused him of being jealous of no one complimenting his eyes. He scoffed and turned his nose up at her as he listened as Ruba explained why he needed to get stronger. He smirked and said, "So you want us to train you to defeat Yamoshi, huh? Well I hate to be the one to tell you this Ruba, but getting rid of Yamoshi won't bring back Teelo. Nothing can bring back someone back from being erased by destruction energy. So defeating Yamoshi will have to be a close second, and that will be what we strive for. I'm in on training you, but the final decision is up to Vados." Champa turned toward Vados and waited for her answer.

[Vados]

Vados listened to what Champa said and she said, "That is not exactly true my lord...there is a means but before I say anymore..." she said then looked at Ruba and she continued, "I will agree to help train you but I want you to keep a steady focus so you will have to earn this information and don't bother trying to get it from Lord Champa...it is only known by a very small amount of us angels...if you earn the knowledge then I will tell you..." She said as she looked at him.

She knew that the super Dragonballs were the only things capable of wishing back someone who got erased.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as Vados and Champa bickered for a moment, but was excited when Champa said he was willing to train him, but it was up to Vados. He turned toward her as she explained of a way to bring back his mother, but he had to earn it. He knew he had no reason to pry for information, because he had only one goal. He looked at Vados and said, "You have my word that I will do my best to earn whatever information you have for me, but I am more worried about dealing with Yamoshi." Ruba cracked his knuckles and waited to get started.

[Champa]

Champa saw as Ruba filled with determination and felt himself get excited. He smirked and said, "Vados… I want you to make me a blue son that we can all train on. If we are going to do this we are going to go all out. Also make sure that you create a safe haven on the sun for us to rest and eat. He is a saiyan so make sure our food stocks are plenty full. Once we complete his training we'll see what he is capable of in a sparring match with me. Then we'll see what we can do with him after that. I'd say it will probably take us five years to get him to that point. How's that plan sound to you, Vados?" He turned to Vados and waited for her response.

[Vados]

She also created a special area near the sun that was safe to retreat to for periods of rest and food. When she finished with her task she returned to where they were and she said, "I have it created...grab ahold of my arms and I will take us there...though be prepared...this is gonna be extremely hot..."

[Ruba]

Ruba heard as Champa gave Vados a description of what he wanted for their training area. Ruba was baffled that Champa thought he could train on a blue sun, but decided to remain silent. He watched as Vados disappeared and after a few minutes she returned and instructed them to grab her arm. Ruba stepped forward and placed his hand on her shoulder, It was strange meeting a woman as tall as him, but turned his head aside and asked, "Is this what you need me to do Vados?"

[Champa]

Champa heard as Vados accepted his order and vanished to complete the task. He smirked as she returned and instructed them to grab her and she would take them there. He stepped forward and placed his arm on her back and looked over at Ruba. He heard the saiyan ask a stupid question and gave sigh. He looked back at Vados and said, "We are ready Vados. Go ahead and take us there."

[Vados]

Vados gave a nod then raised her staff and the three of them vanished and reappeared near the blue sun. She then said "Here you are my lord...hope it is suitable enough for you..."

[Ruba]

Ruba was surprised how easily Vados was able to maneuver around the universe. He was surprised when they were standing outside a massive blue star and a small home for them to rest at when they were taking breaks from training. He looked toward Champa and said, "You are aware that even though I have God ki, It will take me some time to acclimate to the craziness of this sun's heat and the gravity it possesses. I hope you'll be lenient until I get use to it." Ruba was surprised with how hot the sun was and kept looking around at his surroundings.

[Champa]

Champa was use to traveling with Vados in this manner, but could tell that Ruba was shocked by the way they travel. He could see that Ruba was surveying their surroundings and was astonished. He smirked as Ruba informed him of the need o acclimate to their new surroundings. He turned to Ruba and said, "I will give you a week to get use to our training ground. After that you will start your training with Vados and I in earnest. Go on and get started and if you have questions ask Vados." Champa went and landed by the small house and began to eat some of the food Vados had prepared.

[Vados]

Vados watched with fascination at how Ruba was able to handle the extreme temperatures. She gave a grin and said, "My lord?...you are aware that this is the first mortal we have seen able to handle these temperatures?...I do believe this will be quite adventure..." She then looked over at Ruba and said, "You can use the protected house structure to take moments to cool off and take care of any of your mortal needs...I will remain close by if you have any questions..."

[Ruba]

Ruba was surprised how nice Champa was being and allowing him to adjust. He watched as the plump destroyer went to the safe house and began to eat. He was going to say something, but heard as Vados spoke on the impressiveness of his capability to withstand the heat. He smiled as she informed him that she would be nearby if he had any questions. He could feel the weight on his body as he remained on the outer area of the star. If he had to guess the gravity was about 2700 times that of Earth, which was about 1700 time more than his normal training regiment. He took in a deep breath and said, "I should hopefully be adjust within the time Lord Champa gave me, maybe even faster. Thank you for your word of encouragement Lady Vados. You are a truly kind woman and I will trust my life with you." Ruba began to float toward the blue sun and paused. He turned back to Vados and asked, "Could you possibly create me some weighted training arm and leg bracers about 10,000 pounds each?"

[Vados]

Ruba was surprised how nice Champa was being and allowing him to adjust. He watched as the plump destroyer went to the safe house and began to eat. Vados looked over at Ruba and smiled as she heard him speak kind words. She blushed and said, "Such sweet words coming from you...you are making me blush." she said and paused. She then said, "You should concentrate on your training here...this is something most mortals can't handle so you will need all your focus." She then heard him ask if she could give him some added weights. she raised her staff and said, "As you wish..." and gave him the desired weights he wanted.

Vados then turned to Champa and said, "Are you ready for this my lord?...I have a feeling he will be able to give you an amazing challenge?..."

[Champa]

Champa was beginning to devour more of the tasty desserts as he watched Vados and Ruba converse. He was surprised to see Ruba start heading toward the star, but turned back toward Vados. He saw as four heavy weighted bands appeared on Ruba's arms and legs. He smirked as Vados addressed him with the excitement of an amazing challenge. He looked at her and said, "I think he is going to be the only one capable of getting me in shape. I think once that is done, we should train him in that regard, don't you agree?"

[Ruba]

Ruba heard the concern in Vados's voice as she recommended him staying where he was. He gave her a smirk and said, "I'm not going to get any stronger if I remain here... I have to get closer to the star and take on its full weight to get stronger. These weighted bands will be great for me since i need a little extra. I'll be off, but come a week..." Ruba looked toward Champa and said, "I'll be more than ready to take on a Destroyer." Ruba then began to float over toward the star and felt the increase in gravity. He stopped about halfway toward the star and began to train in earnest.

[Vados]

Vados looked over at Champa and she said, "I do agree and I think you will actually have a decent challenge." She said and paused as she looked at the saiyan as he sized up the weights. She then heard what he said to her and she smiled and said, "You do what you have to so you can adjust to the pressure...we can wait patiently..." She said to Ruba and watched as he went off to get closer to the star.

Vados then said to Champa, "It is curious to see how this saiyan from universe 7 is...I wonder if all of them are this ambitious?..."

[Champa]

Champa watched as Ruba claimed he could be him and floated toward the star with his weighted bands. He let out a sigh as he heard Vados comment on the the strange saiyan of universe 7. He heard her question and said, "I don't think anyone in the multiverse is as ambitious as this Ruba. He could probably give every destroyer a run for their money as he is now... If we impart our knowledge and powers to him, he may become to strong. I can't wait to see what this saiyan is capable of." Champa put down the sundae he was about to eat and got up to watch Ruba.

[Ruba]

Ruba continued to train as he felt the gravity weigh him down. He then focused his mind inward and brought forth an image of himself and began to fight in earnest. He continued this for a week straight moving himself closer and closer to the star. He kept training and waited for Vados to come and get him since the week was up. He smirked as he kept training at full force and had already defeat himself several times already, but each version was stronger than the last.

[Vados]

Champa watched as Ruba claimed he could be him and floated toward the star with his weighted bands. He let out a sigh as he heard Vados comment on the the strange saiyan of universe 7. He heard her question and said, "I don't think anyone in the multiverse is as ambitious as this Ruba. He could probably give every destroyer a run for their money as he is now... If we impart our knowledge and powers to him, he may become to strong. I can't wait to see what this saiyan is capable of." Champa put down the sundae he was about to eat and got up to watch Ruba.

Vados was watching Ruba with great interest. She then heard what Champa said and she said, "He is definitely ambitious, and yes...he could become too strong, but I know you are excited to see how this turns out and what he can do for you..." She said as she continued to watch Ruba as he trained. Vados then realized he had been training for about a week and he needed a break. She then said, "Oh...oops...I think I better go get Ruba and let him have a proper break...I forgot he was still a mortal and can't train the same like we do..."

Vados then took off and went and got Ruba. As she appeared near him she said, "I think its time for a proper break...you have been training for a solid week now...come with me." She said and gave him a smile.

As she waited for him to come and take her arm she said, "You are quite amazing...you have a lot of impressive potential..."

[Ruba]

Ruba was in the middle of defeating the newest version of himself in Super Saiyan 3 and was caught off guard as Vados showed up next to him. He forced himself to open his eyes as saw her standing in front of him. He let out a deep sigh of relief as he said, "Apologies. I was facing a stronger version of myself and hadn't noticed your arrival. Has it been a week already?" Ruba floated over to Vados and placed an arm on her elbow. His muscles glisten with sweat and his armor was broken in a few places.

Ruba was in the middle of defeating the newest version of himself in Super Saiyan 3 and was caught off guard as Vados showed up next to him. He forced himself to open his eyes as saw her standing in front of him. He let out a deep sigh of relief as he said, "Apologies. I was facing a stronger version of myself and hadn't noticed your arrival. Has it been a week already?" Ruba floated over to Vados and placed an arm on her elbow. His muscles glisten with sweat and his armor was broken in a few places.

Vados looked at Ruba as he turned to look at her and she saw the sweat dripping off his muscles and she tried hard not to stare but she couldn't help but grin. She then blushed as she noticed him looking at her and she said, "Ah..humm...yes it has been a week..." She then put out her arm and said, "Grab ahold...I have a proper spot where you can rest and have some food...you will need it before moving on to the next stage of training..." She then waited for him to gran her arm and when he did she teleported them over to the resting area she made.

[Ruba]

Ruba felt as they rapidly moved to a small planet just outside the heat of the star. He looked around and saw a small house with a sleeping Champa on the couch. He smirked and asked, "Has he been like that for the whole week?" Ruba walked forward and bit more and saw a faucet. He knelt down and began to wash his hair and drank some of the water. He let out a refreshed sigh and looked back at Vados as the water rolled down his chest and neck.

[Vados]

Ruba felt as they rapidly moved to a small planet just outside the heat of the star. He looked around and saw a small house with a sleeping Champa on the couch. He smirked and asked, "Has he been like that for the whole week?" Ruba walked forward and bit more and saw a faucet. He knelt down and began to wash his hair and drank some of the water. He let out a refreshed sigh and looked back at Vados as the water rolled down his chest and neck.

Vados looked over at Champa as he slept on the couch. She then glanced over at Ruba as he washed his hair and she couldn't help but admire the flex of his well shaped body. When he turned around to face her she saw the water dripping off his chest and she suddenly blushed. She then locked eyes with him a moment then turned away to look at her charge as he slept. She then said, "Forgive me...I am not used to this..." She then paused then said as she looked back at him.

Vados turned back and looked at Champa as he slept and as she watched him she wondered what it would of been like to just be normal. She then said as she had her back to him, "You must forgive me...this is not something those in my position are accustomed to...we are not allowed to be amongst mortals like this and I have never been exposed to such as I am right now..." She said and paused then said, "It is not accustomed for us Angels to find mortals attractive in such ways as doing so could disrupt the balance of the universe we help command, but for the first time something stirred inside me." She then looked over at him and said, "You told me a bit of where you came from?...did you leave loved ones to come here on purpose??..."

Ruba was patiently waiting for Vafos to respond to him, but was caught off guard as she turned away from him. He looked down at his disheveled appearance and assumed it was due to his improper look. He was about to apologies when she spoke to him. He listened as she explained that she was feeling something she never thought possible, but was feeling them toward him. She explained to him how it could cause problems for her universe and disrupt the very balance she is to help maintain. Ruba was about to apologies, when Vados changed the subject and asked more about where he came from.

Ruba stared down at the water that had pooled at the bottom of the outdoor faucet. He gave a soft chuckle and said, "I left many loved ones behind, but it won't be easy to return to them. Not after what Yamoshi has done. When I left... Yamoshi was in control and he fled to this universe to escape my brother. Once I could regain control, I saw everything he had done..." Ruba's muscles began to constrict and every one looked like tightly wounded cord. His already spike hair slowly began to lift and took on a slightly crimson tone.

He kept his eyes on his reflection which was slowly turning into the face of Yamoshi. Through gritted teeth he said, "Yamoshi... he killed my adopted mother with the power of destruction. He shatters my best friend's back while laughing at him. He brutally tortured the man who has been helping me with my younger brother. Then he... he slapped my wife... my wife who had nothing but faith in the legend of Yamoshi. That memory, the feeling of being slapped... she will always see my face, not his."

Ruba slammed his fists into the small pool of water, causing the water to evaporate under the sheer force of his fist. He rose and said, "You asked if I left love ones behind, Vados. The answer is yes, but I don't think they will be able to love me again." Ruba turned and began to walk to the edge of the small lawn and sat down. He stared at the blue star and sighed.

Vados listened to Ruba as he spoke and she understood his position and she was quiet as he spoke. She then watched as he walked away and sat on the lawn while looking up to the sky. She then walked over and stood behind him and she said, "Ruba...you came here first to run away but you must know that destiny is also something that leads people to where they go...you want to understand the power of destruction but know that it is not just a power to destroy, but a power to keep balance...anyone can destroy something and you know that." She said and paused then said, "Yamoshi caused you to see the dark side of evil when power is abused...if you want to earn back the trust that he broke then you will have to learn the nature of pure good and the balance that keeps evil from reigning supreme...plus you also have to have faith in what is right...it may be the saving grace you need." She then paused as she looked at him.

As Vados looked at Ruba's back she felt her own feelings doing weird flips. She wanted to touch his skin. She wanted to comfort him but she didn't know what to do. She knew she liked him and she liked him alot but she had no idea how to proceed and she also wanted to know more about Rasha and how she really feels about him right now. She then gave a deep breath then walked over into his view and she said, "Before we continue with the next stage of training...I think its time for something to eat..."
