Training to be a Destroyer: Polar and Beerus

[Beerus]

Beerus could see the hesitation in Glacier and was beginning to get bored. He was about to strike when he heard what Polar and Rasha had said. He gave a sigh and charged at Glacier and wrapped the two of the in a orb that allowed no sound to escape it. He looked at Glacier and said, "Your heart isn't in this fight anymore. What seems to be the matter, boy? Tired of living under your father's roof and wanting to venture on your own?"

[Glacier]

Beerus could see the hesitation in Glacier and was beginning to get bored. He was about to strike when he heard what Polar and Rasha had said. He gave a sigh and charged at Glacier and wrapped the two of the in a orb that allowed no sound to escape it. He looked at Glacier and said, "Your heart isn't in this fight anymore. What seems to be the matter, boy? Tired of living under your father's roof and wanting to venture on your own?"

Glacier was looking at Beerus and he couldn't figure what to do next. He then saw as Beerus was about to strike again and he flinched back and before he could move away from him he was suddenly caught in an orb. He flinched at being trapped and he then heard Beerus speak to him and he said, "I...I don't know...I mean I love my father and I know it's odd to hear any of my family knowing what love is, but I do and I would always be ready to help...but I am just a normal frost demon...I don't have anything special about me and I am overwhelmed by the power around me...it terrifies me and I also feel alone..." He said and looked down at his feet and he said, "I'm barely 200 years old and I haven't gotten to taste independent life yet..."

He then looked back up at Beerus and he said, "Forgive me...my heart was not in this fight...I was just too scared..."

[Beerus]

Beerus listened as Glacier explained himself and why he wasn't fighting in earnest. He could understand where the boy was coming from and even though he was 200 years old it's still considered young adolescent for frost demons. He scratched his head and said, "Then I won't force you to fight me anymore. I think it's time you be honest with your father about your feeling. I'm sure he'll understand and be willing to let you become your own man. Just remember that you don't have to do everything alone. Your lucky to have a father who cares deeply for you. Just talk to him and if you feel you need some added assurance, I'll be there to help get the point across, alright?" Beerus placed a hand on top of Glacier's head and gave him one of his rare smiles.

[Glacier]

Beerus listened as Glacier explained himself and why he wasn't fighting in earnest. Glacier was surprised by how Beerus reacted to what he said and he also felt some shame at being weak. He then said to him, “Don’t get me wrong…I want to make my father proud…but this is terrifying power i have witnessed…I don’t know how to handle it or what to say…I am scared he will be mad at me, but you are right…I am still young and this is not the life I want right now…my family has put some pretty dark light on my race and I don’t want to be known for it…i want to do something worthy so we are not looked at in constant fear but I can’t learn to live a better life here.” He said then listened to the rest of what he said and he said, “Thank you Lord Beerus for being understanding…now if it is ok can i speak with my father?…”

[Beerus]

Beerus listened as Glacier explained himself more and gave a nod as he let Glacier clarify himself. He gave him a pat on the shoulder and said, "Your father will understand I'm sure, but you need to learn that your father only wants the best for you. If your ready to talk to him, then I will be by your side." Beerus released the sphere around him and Glacier and turned toward Polar who was moving towards them.

[Polar]

Polar was making his way toward Beerus to stop the fight, but Beerus flew in and trapped himself and Glacier within a sphere of energy. He wonder what was going on and was afraid Beerus may be berating his son for not taking the fight serious. He realized that maybe sending his son into a fight with Beerus was a wrong decision. He was about to dispel the sphere, when Beerus released it and turned toward him.

[Glacier]

Glacier gave Beerus a nod yes and he then watched as the sphere dropped and he turned just as he saw his father approach them. He then stepped forward and he said, "I'm sorry Father...I wanted to make you proud but I was not able to handle my fear of fighting someone like him...I just couldn't continue." He said and had a solemn look on his face. He then said, "Father...I need to talk with you...you know I want to make you proud but this life change has left me feeling so out of place...i'm still young and there is so much i want to see and do but one of the biggest things i want to do is do something good...I don't want the beings of this universe see our race the same way that they see us in Universe 7...Frieza and his father damaged our image so much that it feels impossible to be a good person and I want to change that but I can't do it here...I hope you can understand me..."

[Polar]

Polar stared as the dome of energy dissipated and Beerus and Glacier turn to him. He listened as his son apologies for not giving his all in the fight and admitted he was afraid. Polar was about to speak to his son, but Glacier had cut him off. He listened as his son explained how he wanted to make him proud, but felt so out of place now that he was the son of a destroyer.

Glacier then told him of his dream and ambition to do something good and show those within Universe 14 that they were truly good unlike their family. He spoke of beginning the change, but not at his father's side and it struck Polar in a way he wasn't expecting. Polar smiled as he looked on at his son and said, "You don't have to worry about making me proud, Glacier." Polar walked up and drew his son into a strong hug.

He held his son and said, "You have made me the proudest man in all of the multiverse and I couldn't ask for a better son. If you feel you need to leave me to find your purpose... then do what you need to. Just remember where your home is and if you ever need my help, call on Rasha and I'll be there. I'm so proud of you Glacier and I alway have been."

[Glacier]

Glacier could see his words affected his father, but the reaction was not what he expected. He thought he was gonna be mad but he was happy he wasn't. He then listened to what he said to him as he was hugged and he felt emotions he didn't know he had and when he felt them he was happy.

He gave his father a grin and returned the hug and he said, "It means a lot that you understand what I feel...you need to know that i will never turn my back on you and i want to make a difference..." he said and paused then said, "We have a whole new universe and I want to see what is out there so I can help you make our universe great." He said and gave a smile.

[Whis]

Whis watched the interaction with Glacier and Beerus and he could see that Glacier was not showing real enthusiasm. He then heard what Rasha said to Polar. He then noticed both Glacier and Beerus stop and as they did he saw Beerus put up a dome of opaque energy to give them a moment to talk and he could hear the conversation. He stood quietly as he waited for the two of them to emerge and when they did and he listened to the conversation between Polar and Glacier and went over and stood next to Beerus and he said, "It is pleasant to see you show emotions like this my Lord...would I be correct in saying you have a liking to this youth?..."

[Rasha]

Rasha watched what was happening and she honestly expected a fight as she thought of how Polar's family was like, but she was pleasantly surprised at the calm nature Glacier had and the level of respect he showed. She then watched how the fight ended and then listened to the conversation that happened between Glacier, Beerus and Polar and she smiled. She then moved over next to Whis and she said to him, "This did surprise me...but seeing how Lord Beerus was acting it only reminds me of how he was with me when I first came to live with you two..." She said then paused and then said, "...I do think what Lord Beerus is really liking is the way Glacier isn't acting a fool with fear and disrespect, but how he is showing true honest respect..."

[Polar]

Glacier could see his words affected his father, but the reaction was not what he expected. He thought he was gonna be mad but he was happy he wasn't. He then listened to what he said to him as he was hugged and he felt emotions he didn't know he had and when he felt them he was happy.

I want you to find your purpose and once you do, tell me all about it when you get back, alright?"

[Beerus]

Beerus watched as a touching moment transpired between Polar and Glacier. He then heard as Rasha and Whis spoke on his softer side and smirked. He turned to them and said, "I show this side to those that are deserving. Polar and Glacier have done nothing, but show me absolute respect and for that I am greatful. Just don't get use to it you two. Not everyone is lucky enough to see me like this."

[Glacier]

Polar was surprised that for the first time his son had hugged him back. He listened as his son promised that he would never turn his back on him. He gave a soft smile and could feel his love for his son grow more. He released Glacier and said, "Go forth and find your destiny my son. I want you to find your purpose and once you do, tell me all about it when you get back, alright?"

As Glacier and his father hugged he felt happy. He then pulled away and as he did he said, "Thank you father..." He said and gave a smile. He then said, "I hope this universe we have ends up being filled with cool adventures...I am very curious to see what kind of sentient life is out there..."

He then looked at the others and then he turned back to his father and he said, "I am gonna have to figure a suitable ship for traveling with...do you have any suggestions or should I begin a construction plan to build a ship?..."

[Polar]

Polar listened as his son explained his hopes and dreams for adventure and smiled at him. He then listened as Glacier asked for suggestions on a ship or if he should build one. He smirked and said, "No need to worry about a ship for I have one set aside for you. She'll need a name once you take her out on a maiden voyage. I hope she is enough for you since she is a galleon." Polar pulled out a set of keys from his pocket and handed them over to Glacier

[Glacier]

Glacier took the keys from his father and he looked down at them and then up at his father. He then said, "Wow...thank you for being understanding..." He then looked over at the others present and he saw solemn grins on their faces. He then turned and left the room and began to head to the ships location. As he stepped outside he stopped as he saw the ship and he felt his heart skip a beat while looking at it.

He then boarded the ship and began exploring it and as he was he was taking note of all it had to offer.

[Rasha]

Rasha was standing next to Whis as the two of them watched Polar release his son to go and grow and explore their new universe. She then said to Polar as she watched Glacier leave, "I know that must of been hard to do but it was a very noble thing you did...and I believe once he gets a good taste of what is out there he will be back." She said and gave him a smile.

[Polar]

Polar watched as his son left what was to be their new home. He heard as Rasha spoke to him on the noble decision and he sighed. He looked after Glacier and said to everyone present, "I wasn't there for when he was born and left him with his monster mother for a century. We've only been a family for forty years and I feel that I just lost him all over again." Polar clenched his fists but released it and sighed. He looked at everyone and said, "Well I can't dwell on this pain... Lord Beerus is there anything else I should know?"

[Beerus]

Beerus watch what he felt would have been an emotional goodbye, but do to his training, he didn't feel anything toward it. He watched as the young Glacier left and Polar turned to him for more training. Beerus gave a half hearted smile and said, "As of right now, I have taught you everything I can. Now you must begin training with Rasha and Sebas. Aim to make a perfect universe with them. I won't tolerate you to be less than anyone. Whis… lets go." Beerus placed his hand on Whis's shoulder and waited for his angel to depart.

[Whis]

Whis listened to what Rasha said to Polar and he had a small smile on his face. He then heard Beerus speak to him and he knew it was time to go. He then said to Rasha and Polar, "My Lord is right...it is time for us to return to our universe...I believe you will two will do just fine...if you need advice feel free to contact me."

He then turned to Beerus and he said, "Yes...it is time to return back home..." He then felt as Beerus put his hand on his shoulder and he teleported the both of them back to their universe.

[Rasha]

Rasha looked over at Polar and heard the pain in his voice as he let his son go. She then heard what Beerus said and she listened to what Whis said and then watched as the two of them left. She then turned to Polar and she said, "I know it was hard letting him go but I am sure if his love for you is real then he will return when he is ready...you both taught me how much different you are compaired to everything i learned because how Frieza was and it has made me appreciate you and your son alot." She said then paused then said, "Now how about we go retrieve Sebas and get him busy doing his job...we have a universe to create..." She said and gave a smile.

[Polar]

Polar watched as Beerus approached Whis and placed his hand on his back. Beerus then informed him that he had nothing left to teach him and he was returning home. He heard Whis inform them to contact him if they had any questions. Polar gave them a nod and watched as they departed for universe 7 again. Polar looked off toward the palace he would call home as he heard Rasha talk to him. He listened as she mentioned her respect toward him and Glacier and her view on frost demons had changed thanks to them. He gave a soft nod as she mentioned going to grab Sebas so he could start his job. He chuckled and said, "Yes... let us go and retrieved my other half before he get Tights pregnant again. Don't need him coming up with an excuse to dodge his official job." He placed an hand on Rasha's shoulder and waited for them to begin their journey to Earth

[Rasha]

Rasha heard what Polar said and said, "I can't really judge him if he did have another child...he did after all have a wife he never got to enjoy being with because of what the West Supreme Kai did...but I would also have reservations on him having another child..." She then paused then said as he put his hand on her shoulder and she said, "Lets go get him..." She then raised her staff and they vanished as they traveled over to Universe 7 and to the planet called Earth.

When they appeared they were outside of the house Sebas shared with Tights. As she looked at the home she heard activity coming from around back and she said, "I believe they are around back...lets go get him..." She then lead the way around back and as she rounded the corner she saw Sebas sitting with Tights and Ciri who was surprisingly grown for her age. She came around and as she did she said, "Sebas..."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was sitting on a chair outside with his Tights close to him and Ciri right beside him. After the events of what happened with everyone Sebas went home to tell his family the news. At first he was scared because it meant he would leave his wife again, but he was shocked on how understanding they were about it. After that, he left to train with Shin, Zamasu and the Old kai for at least a 3 days.

On the fourth day, he decided to spend the last with his family since he wasnt sure how long it was gonna be until he would see them again. As he laid there with them, he looked over to see Rasha and Polar there. "Ah, I see. It's time right?"

[Tights]

Tights was spending a most splendid day with Sebas and Ciri. She was leaning up against Sebas as they enjoyed the outdoors and as they sat there just talking and enjoying the warm sun. She then saw Rasha and Polar show up and she knew he was gonna have to leave and she wanted to cling tighter to him. She turned and looked at him and she said, "Sebas...before you go there is something you should know...I didn't know how to say this but..." She stopped and took his hand and put it on her stomach and then said, "I think we enjoyed more close time than I thought..." She then paused then said, "I know this will hurt leaving like this but I know the good you will do so I will accept it..."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas looked down at his wife and noticed that she was clinging to him harder when Polar and Rasha came for him. He felt her grab his hand and puts it on her stomach and he knew instantly what it meant. He felt excited at the fact he was finally had a child with her, but he also knew that what he had to do meant he was gonna see her for who knows how long.

He leaned in closed and held her. "Everything that i am, everything that i had become, it was because of you. I will show the universe that I will watch over with the same kind of love and affection you have given me over the years. This isnt goodbye Starlight. I'll come back to you. I promise."

[Polar]

Polar stood idly by as he watched as Sebas and Tights enjoyed their time together. He saw as they exchanged loving looks to each other and it seemed his hunch was right. Tights had signified that she was finally pregnant with Sebas's child and could see the apprehension on Sebas's face. He was about to say something, but heard as Sebas told her that he would see her again by using a cheesy line from an anime. He crossed his arms and said, "Congratulations to you both on this happy occasion. I apologize that I have to take Sebas away from you, but I promise he will return once he has finished his first job as a kai. I hope that is enough for you, Tights." He gave her a bow and hoped this was enough for her.

[Tights]

Tights was looking at Sebas as she told him she was expecting. She was both happy and sad at the same time. She gave him a hug and held him tight and for a moment her world was perfect. She then heard Polar speak and she gave a smile that was done with lots of effort. She then glanced over at Polar and Rasha and she pulled away from Sebas. She then looked at Polar and said, "Thank you..." She then turned back to Sebas and gave him a kiss then said as she pulled away, "Go ahead...you go do what you have to but you better come back and visit..." She said then glanced over at Polar and Rasha then she had to turn away and leave or risk exposing her tears. She paused as she left and she said, "Forgive me but this is a bit too much for me right now..." She said as she wiped her eyes then she said to Sebas, "Be safe..."

Tights then went back in her house and as she closed the door her resolve melted and she slid to the floor as she leaned against the door and she cried silent tears but no one saw them or heard them.

[Rasha]

Rasha was standing next to Polar and was watching as Sebas said good bye and she could only look on with sadness in her heart for what Sebas had to give up. She then watched as Tights left and she to Polar, "My Lord...I believe we should be leaving now...there is no point in prolonging this separation much longer...the emotions are too high..." she said as she put her hand on his shoulder.

[Polar]

Polar watched as an emotional farewell between Sebas and Tights unfolded in front of him. He could see that the pain Tights felt was not far from what he felt when his son decided to leave him. He watched as Tights turned and walked away from them and went back to the house. He felt Rasha place a hand on his shoulder and suggested they leave before the emotional tension broke. He placed a hand on hers and gave her a nod in agreement. He looked toward Sebas and said to Rasha, "I understand their pain more than they will ever know... Not only is Tights losing her husband again, but her unborn child is losing their father before even being born." Polar stepped forward and felt Rasha lift her hand from his shoulder and said, "Sebas... It's time for you to begin your duties. I will help you finish them as fast as we can so you can come back to her."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was quiet as the realization of leaving his wife and unborn child was dawning on him. He didn't know how long he would be gone for, but he really didn't wanted to go. He gave her a hug back and when he hugged her, it was like time stood still. It was just the two of them, like how it was previously. When she let go and kissed him, again everything felt slow. He watched as she went into the house and closed the door behind her.

For a few brief moments, he didn't move. Then with tears in his eyes, he got up and walked towards the door. He puts his hand on the door, wanted her to open it up. Telling him to stay with their child, with Ciri and eveyone. All she needed to do was to say something. After a minute passes, he rejoins Polar and Rasha, not saying a word

[Rasha]

Rasha watched how Sebas took having to leave after finding out he was gonna be a dad by the real Tights. She could only look on silently and as he came back over to where both her and Polar waited. She then gave a small sigh then said, "Grab ahold..." She then waited for the both of them to grab her arms and she then used her staff to open a beam to travel through and the three of them left and headed back to their new universe.

As they traveled the beam of light she asked Polar, "So where exactly and I heading to?...should we bring him to his planet?..."

[Polar]

Polar watched as Sebas went to the door and stood there waiting for Tights to ask him to stay. After a minute, Sebas returned to them and remained silent as he grabbed a hold of Rasha's arm to prepare for travel. Polar followed behind his Supreme Kai as they shot into the air in a beam of light. As they traveled, he heard Rasha asked where they were to go. He thought for a moment and said, "Take us to Sebas's planet so we can see what we are working with."

[Rasha]

Polar watched as Sebas went to the door and stood there waiting for Tights to ask him to stay. After a minute, Sebas returned to them and remained silent as he grabbed a hold of Rasha's arm to prepare for travel. Polar followed behind his Supreme Kai as they shot into the air in a beam of light. As they traveled, he heard Rasha asked where they were to go. He thought for a moment and said, "Take us to Sebas's planet so we can see what we are working with."

Rasha gave a nod then said, "As you wish..." She then altered their path and took them to what would become their universes planet of the Kai's. When they arrived she found the planet quite beautiful.

As Rasha looked out on the planet she knew the pain of leaving her mortal children behind. She looked at both Sebas and Polar and she knew how hard it was on them. She then said, "I know this journey in our new lives is going to be hard but we must think of the good we can do by making sure our universe is balanced so those who live here can have fruitful lives...plus at least we will get to see our children grow and our linages prosper."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was still quiet as the trio went off to his planet, a mention that perked his ears up and got him out of his funk a little. ""Wait, I get my own planet? That sounds really cool!" It brought a smile to his face but the smile slowly started to leave his face. "I know I should be happy about this, but I'm kinda not. I know we are gonna do a great job on our universe, but that doesn't mean i don't want this job. It felt like I just got her back, that I just found a self of normality in my life, only to lose it just as quickly. Worst of all, who knows when I'll be back?"

[Polar]

Polar listened as Rasha mentioned the difficulty of adjusting to their new lives and the need to focus on getting their universe in order. He was surprised by how bland Sebas's planet of the Kai's looked and sighed. Once Rasha mentioned that they get to see their lineage prosper, he gave a smile. He looked over at Sebas as he explained what he was feeling and how it made him see his job. He turned toward Sebas and said, "I am trying to get this done as soon as possible so you can go home. Now that you have another child on the way, we have to move faster than we needed to before. I have already been given permission by Zeno to erase all of the planets, except for the saiyan home world. Your Job is to populate our universe with new planets and life on them. Once that is done, we should be able to get you home. If I'm correct, Shin has already told you how to do so, correct?"

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was quiet still as the three of them got to Sebas's planet. He looked around a bit and despite the fact there wasn't much to it, he felt right at home. Probably because of all the times he had spent on the kais world back at universe 7. He could feel the wind on his face, the sounds of a waterfall nearby and a lake out in the distance. His ears perked up when the mention of a clean slate of their universe as well as a race of new saiyans.

When Polar asked him a question, he looked at him and nodded. "Yes. It only really took me a day to get the things down to create a new universe. I know to repopulate our universe with galaxies, solar systems. The only problem i find is that I don't like waiting for the results to appear. Granted, I know how to do it, but it's still gonna be annoying."

[Rasha]

Sebas was quiet still as the three of them got to Sebas's planet. He looked around a bit and despite the fact there wasn't much to it, he felt right at home. She said as she looked at him. She then said, "You know...if we had known the real prices we had to pay to take on these roles it may of been a real turn off...but I don't know about you, but I really want to see my children grow and have families of their owns and thrive...don't you want the same for your kids?..."
