Ruba dislikes proud and cocky people. He hates those who feel entitled due to their birth right. He hates anyone who would destroy the peace on Azurath for their own selfish needs.

History
Born on planet Vegeta, He was the son of King Vegeta III's brother, Mushoom Vegeta. Though he was a sayian with royal blood, he was made a low class warrior due to his low power level. His father originally thought he was a late bloomer and begged King Vegeta III to give his son a chance. King Vegeta agreed, but Ruba would have to prove his worth. At the age of thirteen, Ruba was put to the test and was to face Raditz, the son of Bardock, and if he was able to beat him King Vegeta would let him join Prince Vegeta's military group. With ease Ruba defeated Raditz with only his fists. Raditz then began to assault Ruba with Ki blast. Ruba being unable to properly control Ki, flew up to Raditz and nearly killed him, due to not understanding to regulate his speed with his Ki.
Raditz's body fell limp in the courtyard of the palace. King Vegeta, disgusted with what his nephew had done, declared that Ruba was to be exiled and forced to wander the cosmos forever. Mushoom, disgraced by his son and his inability to control his Ki, said nothing and turned his back on his son. Later as Ruba was being loaded into his pod Prince Vegeta approached Ruba. Vegeta told Ruba "Next time I see you cousin, I hope you will have that power of yours under control." Prince Vegeta turned and began to walk away. As Vegeta walked he called to his cousin, "Once you have control over your power, I'll show you the true might of the prince. I'll show you that you are nothing more than lower class trash in the bloodline of royalty, then I'll kill you myself." Prince Vegeta began to laugh and mock Ruba, and before Ruba could respond, his pod door closed and launched him into space.
A few weeks went by and Ruba had landed on a strange planet, unknown to the Saiyans. Ruba's pod to significant damage on its entry to the planet, leaving it inoperable. When Ruba came to he met a strange 4 armed woman. Ruba was at first apprehensive toward the creature, but instead of attacking him, she smiled and gestured him to follow her. As Ruba followed her, he found himself in a settlement of some sort. The woman smile and said, "Welcome young one to the planet of Azurath. I am Teelo, Chieftain of the Azure tribe, and I am happy to make your acquaintance."
