Hardship and Pride: A Father and Son Speak With Their Hearts

[Ruba]

Ruba looked at Bussel and could tell he was still distracted by what he learned. He smirked and ascended right into Super saiyan two and looked at Bussel and said, "I assume your ready to go? Rasha do you plan on joining us for this part of training?"

[Rasha]

Rasha listened to both Bussel and Ruba and she knew what she needed to do next was to stay out of the way. She then heard what Ruba asked and she said, "No...I think it will be best that I stand back and watch...you two need this time and I will be in way..."

[Bussel]

Bussel looked over at his father as he saw him jump into super saiyan 2. He then heard his mother say she was gonna hang back and watch and he turned back to his father and jumped into super saiyan 2 and said, "Yep I am ready..." he then flew over away from where his mother was and waited for his father.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as Bussel repositioned himself away from Rasha after she said she was sitting out. Ruba felt his son's ki swell as he ascended into his Super Saiyan 2 form. He smirked as he could tell his son was eager to train more. After a full year in the chamber, his son was practically a different person. Ruba smirked and let out a roar as he entered a fighting stance and dashed forward. He slammed his fist into Bussel, who blocked it with ease. Ruba smirked as he and Bussel enter a melee.

[Bussel]

Ruba watched as Bussel repositioned himself away from Rasha after she said she was sitting out. Ruba felt his son's ki swell as he ascended into his Super Saiyan 2 form. He smirked as he could tell his son was eager to train more. After a full year in the chamber, his son was practically a different person. Ruba smirked and let out a roar as he entered a fighting stance and dashed forward. He slammed his fist into Bussel, who blocked it with ease. Ruba smirked as he and Bussel enter a melee.

Bussel was watching his father after he went into his super saiyan 2 and he saw the smirk on his fathers face. This made him have a small half smirk and he watched as his father went into a fight stance and then make a dash at him. He was able to instantly block his attack but then his father made a shift and then the two of them went into a full melee. He then got hit and it caused him to skid back. Once he righted himself he decided to jump it up a notch and he decided to see how well he would handle a shower of ki blasts. As he sent a shower of ki blasts at his father he watched as it created a dust cover and he took flight and flew threw the blasts to come right at him with another round of punches and kicks.

[Ruba]

Ruba felt pride as his son got excited and they traded blows. His son wasn't prepared for the surprise sidekick that sent him back. He watched as Bussel quickly recovered and jumped up and fire down ki blast. Ruba blocked most of them, but was caught off guard by his son rushing in and going into a melee with him. As his son was hit by multiple blast, Ruba quickly charged up an emerald beam cannon.

[Bussel]

Bussel was doing his best to keep up with his father but as they went into another melee round he was caught off guard as his father jumped back then hit him with his own shower of ki blasts. And as some of the blasts peppered him he tried to shield himself but then out of the corner of his eye as he shielded his face he saw his father building up to fire his emerald beam cannon at him.

Bussel then jumped back just as his father fired it and he had to think quick and fired off a beam himself. As he did he doubled it with a shower effect that sent a twirl of beams around his main beam that ended in a chaotic shower of ki blasts on top of his main beam that collided with his father's beam...

[Rasha]

Rasha was watching her son and husband intently as their fight was picking up momentum. She then saw as Ruba went to use his signature move, his emerald beam cannon and she gritted her teeth in anticipation of knowing what it can do. She then watched as Bussel used a beam move unlike nothing she seen before and she saw it really have potential. She then thought to herself, "I bet Reyzen would love to see this in action..." and without waiting to see the results she instant transmitted to where Reyzen was and brought him back to the chamber to watch the fight.

When they arrived back at the serenity chambers she said, "Sorry this was sudden but I thought you would want to see Bussel in action against your Uncle Ruba."

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen was doing his own training while at everyone was about their own business in the sparring fields for the soldiers when his aunt appeared and teleported him back to the serenity chamber where he saw his uncle and cousin in the midst of a sparring match. His eyes widened in interest as he saw Bussel go with all he had at his father who seemed to be taking him with ease, what Reyzen noticed was as Bussel went he was improving with his Tactics and he grinned madly.
“Damn he’s good!”

[Ruba]

Ruba was expecting to watch his son to dodge out of the way, but once his son fired his un-named attack, he was stunned. He watched in awe as the attack Bussel fired crashed into his signature attack. He smiled and the began to laugh as he watched his son put everything into this attack. He raised an arm into the air and held two fingers together as a samll green burning orb. He looked at Bussel and said, "You did well blocking the first one, but what will you do about the second one, Bussel?!?" Ruba gave a soft chuckle as he tossed a lesser version of his Emerald Sun toward Bussel.

[Bussel]

Ruba was expecting to watch his son to dodge out of the way, but once his son fired his un-named attack, he was stunned. He watched in awe as the attack Bussel fired crashed into his signature attack. He smiled and the began to laugh as he watched his son put everything into this attack. Bussel was watching as his attack did some crazy things and he saw his father get slightly shocked by it. He then heard what his father said and then saw him go to form an emerald sun and his eyes went slightly wide then narrowed down and he raised his hand up palm side up and formed an energy orb that had a dark center then a swirl of energy particles that looked a lot like a swirling galaxy. He then threw it at his father and as it headed to him and as he did he said, "Fine how about you try my Stardust Bomber!!..." He then threw it and watched as the two of them collided.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as his son charged another attack to slam into his Emerald Sun which he called Stardust Bomber. Ruba smiled as he felt Bussel trying to hold his own against him. He smirked at the air around them seemed to be enveloped in stars. He looked at Bussel and said, "I could easily win this you know, right? Since you are giving it your all I'll let you see what happens once I ascened pass this level. Take your victory son." Ruba let go of his Emerald Beam Cannon and Emerald Sun and allowed them to cascade toward him. Before they collided with him, Ruba chuckled and let out a roar as he forced the beam and Stardust Bomber to exploded in front of him. As the smoke cleared, Ruba stood unfazed and dusted the dirt off his shoulder. He looked at Bussel and said, "Satisfied?"

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen watched as Bussel performed his signature Stardust Bomber and when Ruba emerged unphased from the impact asking if he had gained the satisfaction of Bussel, for the very first time in his life Reyzen felt his Saiyan blood kick into overdrive and he hopped into the air and used his aunt as a springboard to propel himself towards the two.
"Sorry Auntie!!"
Reyzen shouted back knowing he just added fuel to the fire that was Rasha's temper and he perched on Bussel's shoulder when he got to him. He glared down at Ruba who would be able to identify the prideful gleam in his eyes.
"Hate to butt in but, are you two really holding back? Buse, we both know you can go harder than that, and Fath- I mean Uncle Ruba, why don't we make this interesting us two against you?"
Reyzen asked wearing his smirk with pride.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as Reyzen jumped off Rasha and landed on top of Bussel. He smirked as he saw the excitement in his nephew's eyes. He crossed his arms and looked at both of the boys with eager anticipation as Reyzen offered a two versus one match. Ruba chuckled and looked to Rasha and said, "Might want to grab a few extra senzu beans. I have a feeling these two are going to need them."

Ruba turned back to Reyzen and said, "I'm down for a little 2v1, but not until you show me what your capable of. I know you've been out there training for the past twelve hours while we have been in here for a year... Show me your capabilities and if I find them acceptable, we'll spar."

[Bussel]

Bussel looked over at his father as he ended the fight with a small show. He then listened to what he said. He then watched as he caused his stardust bomber to explode in a shower of stars. He was startled by the sudden burst of energy his father displayed.

While all of this was happening he failed to notice when his mother vanished and then reappeared with Reyzen. It wasn't until Reyzen jumped onto his shoulders that he realized he was there. He was about to say something when he heard Reyzen issue a 2v1 challenge to his father and he saw his fathers reaction and gave a small groan then sighed and then he heard his father tell his mother to get some extra senzu beans and he said to Reyzen, "I hope you know what you just got us into!..."

He then looked over at his father and said, "Well I guess we aren't done quite yet..."

he then yelled at Reyzen, "Come on dude...get off my shoulders you crazy nut!!..." He said and forced him to get down onto this own feet.

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen listened as Ruba spoke of him showing his latest achievements in his training as Ruba and Bussel were training and Reyzen smirked giving his uncle the same expression as he was giving him. He heard as Bussel spoke and then forced him off his shoulders and he landed in a perching stance on the ground dead locked on his uncle.
“Quit your groaning Buse, wouldn’t be the first time he’s whooped my ass. I’ve been training something fierce on my own trying new things with Ki manipulation and stuff, plus I’ve been training my Super Saiyan forms. Unc, I’m a keep it straight with ya, I know how close of an eye you keep on me so my progress should be of no shock to you but me I am proud of my progress of becoming a Saiyan warrior so allow me to showcase what I’ve obtained.”
Reyzen said and stood up his smug grin fading immediately into a serious expression as he ascended into Super Saiyan almost instantaneously, his long white hair becoming spiked and blonde and his eyes turning a solid green. Reyzen smirked slightly and began to shout aloud as he powered up his ki exploded around him causing slight surges in his ki as he slowly ascended into Super Saiyan 2 and then Mastered Super Saiyan 2. Reyzen stopped for a moment taking a few deep breaths and then looked back up at Ruba.
“But you probably want what I just learned, but this one I can only maintain for 30 minutes before it descends into mastered. HaaaaaaHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!”
Reyzen said and then began to scream out as his energy exploded even more, his already long hair grew even longer and spikier as he screamed and the chamber shook with great force and in a few seconds Reyzen had ascended into Super Saiyan 3.
“This took some serious work to obtain but alas I did something even my father cannot.”

[Ruba]

Ruba smirked as he watched his son push his cousin off his shoulder and the two bickered for a moment. He listened as his nephew spoke on his achievements and was prepared to show his uncle what he could do. He watched as Reyzen ascended into his super Saiyan form followed by his super Saiyan two form. He smirked as he could tell his nephew broke past the barrier as he listened to Reyzen roar as his power skyrocketed and his hair grew. He could see the satisfaction on Reyzen's face and clapped for his nephew's achievement.

Ruba looked at Reyzen and then back to Bussell and shrugged as he said, "Well well well. Here I thought I would get to show you something new, but your cousin beat me to it. As for you Reyzen, congrats on unlocking Super Saiyan 3. I'm sure your wondering if the stamina drain it causes is a constant thing, but its not. Observe..." Ruba took in a deep breath as he immediately ascended into his Full Power Super Saiyan 2 form. His aura burned a bright Emerald green with electricity radiating around. His golden eyes stared at the boys as he smirked.

Ruba dropped into his stance and began to explode with Ki as he began to transform. Ruba's Full Power Super Saiyan 3 transformation shares characteristics with previous Super Saiyan forms. Like the Full Power Super Saiyan form, this form gives Ruba extreme muscles, height, golden eyes, and radiating emerald Ki. Similar to the regular Super Saiyan 3 transformation, his hair grew to an extremely long length and the eyebrow-ridges became hairless and very pronounced. His hair color remains similar to that of his Full Power Super Saiyan. He looked at the boys and said, "Well what do you two think?"

[Bussel]

Bussel looked over at his cousin and listened to him. He then watched as he went into super saiyan 3 and his jaw dropped. He was left without words.

He then looked over at his father and watched as his father went into mastered super saiyan 3. He was left silent by both his father and cousin and then he said, "Thats not fair!!...I barely got super saiyan 2 mastered and here you guys are using super saiyan 3...now i have to work extra hard to catch up..."

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen watched as Ruba applauded his progress and then ascended into full powered Super Saiyan 3, the smug grin on Reyzen's face slowly faded as he observed what the form was like without its massive obstacle of stamina drain. For a quick moment he felt doubt and shook it off as Bussel protested it being unfair that Reyzen and Ruba had obtained it and he scoffed as he pulled his training gi off to reveal a newly done full torso tattoo of a massive golden white dragon. He clenched all four of his fists as visible frustration grew on his face as he locked eyes with Bussel.
"Don't get pissy, with enough push you can reach this too! That's one of my reasons in joining is support, Uncle Ruba is the master of mind games and making you doubt yourself, once you feed into his taunts he's already won. Now if you excuse me I have to whoop your father's well weathered ass!"
Reyzen said bluntly and slowly began to turn around to face Ruba again.

Bussel was looking at Reyzen when he spoke to him and he gave a huff as he saw him about to turn to go at his father again. That was when they both got surprised by his dad and as he turned to look at his father he saw him inches from the both of them and he saw Reyzen get flicked just as he got a strong palm hit to his chest sending him into the left side of the same mountain Reyzen got flicked into. The sudden strength of the hit knocked the wind out of him and startled him. When he hit the mountain he left a crater in the side.

When his world stopped spinning he let out a groan then looked out at his father in the distance and he pulled himself out of the hole, rubbed the back of his neck and then powered up and went at his father at full speed. As soon as he got to him he came in with a full on punch with the speed to match behind it.

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

As Reyzen turned to face his uncle he was shocked to see him mere inches from him with his hand up in a flicking motion and heard him say that training starts now, a sharp pain rang through his skull as he shot towards a mountain and began to hurtle through it. He quickly spun so his hands faced down and he shot four ki blasts making him propel back the way he came from until he was out of the mountain, he quickly stood upright and shook himself off and roared out in anger.
"FUCK THAT WAS CHEAP!"
Reyzen bellowed and activated his extreme speed to times four and shot off behind Ruba and when he got to him began to send a flurry of punches and kicks, he knew Ruba wanted to see the boy he raised him to be and was attempting his best to do so.

[Ruba]

Ruba waited patiently as the sounds of bodies crashing through a mountain came to a halt. He could hear both of the boys groaning and then hearing Reyzen cuss. Ruba furrowed his brow as he yelled out, "LANGUAGE REYZEN!!!" Ruba felt both of the boys powering up as Bussel came at him from the front at full speed and full power, while Reyzen did the same from behind. Ruba chuckled as he stepped so that both the boys where on his side. As they closed in he extend both arms and caught the both by the throat.

Ruba chuckled as he said, "Hello boys... hope yor prepared for the next part." Ruba lifted both of his sons above his head, and chokeslammed them both into the ground. The sound of the two bodies impacting into solid earth echoed. Ruba then stood up and smirked as he jumped in the air and slammed an elbow onto Reyzen and Bussel simultaneously. The crater formed under the impact was massive. Ruba then stood and slowly levitate into the air and said, "That all?"

[Bussel]

As Bussel headed to his father at full speed he was followed shortly by Reyzen. The two of them tried a strategic move to go at him but as they did they found out fast it was a bad move.

Bussel then got caught by the throat by his fathers strong grip. He also saw him catch Reyzen the same way and before either of them could react they were both slammed down in the ground. The impact left him dazed and then before he could fight back he was slammed in the chest with his fathers elbow and the impact made him loose his breath. He then laid on the ground groaning and trying to gain his breath.

Bussel then slowly got back up and tried to shake off the effects of getting both choke slammed and then elbow chucked into the ground. He rubbed his chest as he looked over at Reyzen and then looked at his father.

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

As Reyzen began to attack Ruba stepped back and caught not only him but Bussel by the throat and lifted them in the air and slammed them back down, the force caused Reyzen’s back to arch from the pain and it was immediately flattened when Ruba dropped an elbow on both of them and hopped up to taunt them again. Reyzen groaned in pain as he crossed his four arms around his chest and held it as he slowly made his way to his feet attempting to catch his breath.
“heh *pant* *pant* nice….one… heh heh that all ya…got?”
Reyzen said tauntingly as he swayed back and forth

[Ruba]

Ruba hovered a few feet above Reyzen and Bussel with a smirk on his face. He watched the boys slowly get up and look up at him with Reyzen acting cocky. The boys seemed hurt, but still willing to continue. Ruba chuckled and said, "What's wrong? Where is your saiyan spirit at, boys? Did you leave it in your toy boxes?" Ruba created a small emerald green sun-like energy sphere on the tips of his index and middle finger and raised it above his head. He smiled as he yelled out "Show me what it means to be a saiyan half-blood or full! I demand to see your power, and if you decided not to produce it... then have this! EMERALD SUN!!!!" Ruba then thrusted his fingers forward throwing it at both Reyzen and Bussel. The small sun expanded to that of the size of the spirit bomb last used on Namek.

[Bussel]

Ruba hovered a few feet above Reyzen and Bussel with a smirk on his face. He watched the boys slowly get up and look up at him with Reyzen acting cocky. Bussel brushed off the last bit of dust off his clothes then cocked a brow and looked at his father as he heard him be a smart ass at them. He then saw what he was doing and he was shocked at seeing his father about to use one of his emerald sun moves on him and he immediately turned and powered back up then went to form a Starburst bomber orb and as he poured his ki into it and it grew to an equally large size. He then threw it at his fathers orb and watched as the two collided. As the orbs collided his orb had ki beams that split away from the main orb in an erratic fashion sending a shower of ki blasts showing down on him and peppering the ground with blasts leaving mini craters while the main orb pushed down on his fathers...

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen watched as his uncle proceeded to taunt them and then rose in the air and readied an Emerald Sun and fired it at them, he saw Bussel fire off his best move at it and Reyzen readied one of his own. He timed it with perfection as he fired off his Apocalypse Beam and nailed it dead center of the Emerald Sun and groaned as he tried to force it back and to his surprise both their efforts were successful because he could see it slightly being pushed back away from them.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as the boys readied attacks to try and push back his Emerald Sun. He watched Bussel prepare the same move he used earlier called the Starburst Bomber. He watched as the attacks collided and a shower of stars rained down around Bussel and Reyzen. He smirked as he watched Reyzen time his movements and fired a beam directly at the center of his Emerald Sun. He could feel his attack giving way to the force of the boys combined effort and began to laugh. He raised his right hand and produced a smaller version of his Emerald Sun and flicked it into his larger one. The two attacks fused and His Emerald Sun doubled in size and began to force its way toward them.

[Bussel]

Bussel worked at trying to push back his fathers Emerald Sun when he saw him add a second Emerald Sun to his first one making it grow. When he saw this happen he gritted his teeth.

He then saw how Reyzen jumped in and helped with his own beam but he was finding his fathers Emerald Sun moving in on them. This caused him to try pushing harder than he ever done. As he pushed he reached in and drew on his ki and as he drew on it he felt it grow and then burst out. As Bussel went into full power super saiyan 2 his body gained mass and his muscles grew while causing his armor to stretch and break in places.

Bussel's ki then shot out all around him and he found some renewed energy and was able to push back against his father causing his emerald sun to start pusing back at his father.

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen watched as Bussel exploded with power showcasing his full powered Super Saiyan 2 and then began to push back his fathers Emerald Sun, Reyzen felt pure determination as his cousin made progress and felt his energy surge higher as he put everything he had into his beam causing it to expand in size and aid in pushing back the massive ki bomb they had held at bay for the moment.

[Ruba]

Ruba felt as his son and nephew pushed against his Emerald Sun. He smirked as he knew that their combined might would over power him soon if he didn't act. He took a deep breath and said to himself, "Extreme speed time ten!" Ruba vanished from view as he appeared right behind the boys and watched them force him Emerald son into the ceiling of the chamber. He smirked and said, "Very good boys. Bussel has unlocked the next level of his power and Reyzen has pushed passed his stamina block. I say you two have done a great deal of growing in a short amount of time."

[Bussel]

Ruba felt as his son and nephew pushed against his Emerald Sun. He smirked as he knew that their combined might would over power him soon if he didn't act. He took a deep breath and said to himself, "Extreme speed time ten!" Ruba vanished from view as he appeared right behind the boys and watched them force him Emerald son into the ceiling of the chamber. He smirked and said, "Very good boys. Bussel has unlocked the next level of his power and Reyzen has pushed passed his stamina block. I say you two have done a great deal of growing in a short amount of time."

As Bussel and Reyzen was pushing back on his fathers Emerald Sun he was concentrating heavily on the task at hand when all of a sudden his father vanished and appeared behind them. At that moment he lost his concentration and ended his beam as the Emerald Sun made impact with the ceiling of the chamber. He blinked back as the impact sent a shockwave down on them. He then heard what his father said and he gave a grin and rubbed his head and said, "Ahh...thank you..." he then paused as he waited for Reyzen to finish and he then said, "So what's next?...that was amazing ...I never thought I could go that far..."

[Reyzen Chikimaru]

Reyzen watched as their combined attack started to push the Emerald Sun back and eventually they had pushed it up and into the ceiling above before his uncle spoke from behind the two boys congratulating them on their good work, Reyzen quickly caught his breath and wiped the sweat from his forehead and smirked.
“Heh, thanks Uncle even with this progress I can tell us fighting as two beings is not gonna make this easy, as for what I suggest Bussel maybe we should fuse together and see if it makes it any easier of a fight. Brussel is an insanely powerful form for both of us combining our personalities and strengths may be what solidifies a win for us.”
Reyzen said calmly as he looked over at his cousin for his input.

[Bussel]

Reyzen watched as their combined attack started to push the Emerald Sun back and eventually they had pushed it up and into the ceiling above before his uncle spoke from behind the two boys congratulating them on their good work, Reyzen quickly caught his breath and wiped the sweat from his forehead and smirked.
“Heh, thanks Uncle even with this progress I can tell us fighting as two beings is not gonna make this easy, as for what I suggest Bussel maybe we should fuse together and see if it makes it any easier of a fight. Brussel is an insanely powerful form for both of us combining our personalities and strengths may be what solidifies a win for us.”
Reyzen said calmly as he looked over at his cousin for his input.

Bussel looked at his cousin with a startled look when he suggested the fusion technique they only just figured out. He then said, "Ahh...OK...I hope you know what you are getting us into Cuz..." He said and gave a grin and waited for him to begin.

Reyzen listened to what his cousin said and he smiled kindly and stood up right.
“We’ll be fine we did it right the first ever time we tried to do it, worse case we’re stuck in an obsolete form for 30 minutes and we have to try again, I did extensively study my father’s notes for the metameran fusion technique on his computer.”
Reyzen said and Bussel smiled and stood up straight and they began the fusion dance, and as they went to touch fingertips Brussels finger was slightly off and a huge flag of light went off engulfing the entire room.

As the blinding light dissipated a figure emerged, the fusion had failed to fully work causing the boys to become rather short and robust. Brussel looked down and jumped in shock as he shouted out.
“Heyyy!! What’s the big deal, get it big deal? But seriously what went wrong?”
Brussel exclaimed and observed how he looked

[Ruba]

Ruba was excited for the talk of fusion and that the boys knew how to do it, but the fact that Reyzen broke into his father's lab to get the information was unsettling. He shook his frustration from his mind and waited for the boys to finish the dance. He watched closely as the boys began, but Bussel had his fingers misalign with Ryzen's. He face palmed as the lard for of their fusion was brought forth and said, "Your not even Brussel! With the way you look now your more Buen! Bussel misaligned his fingers causing the obese form. As for you Reyzen, breaking into your father's lab and accessing this information without permission... Let me guess, you guess his password didn't you?" Ruba was tapping his foot in irritation as he awaited a response.

Buen listened as Ruba explained why the fusion went wrong and then questioned how Reyzen made it into his fathers computer and Buen smirked as he looked up. Buen then said, “For the smartest man in the Universe you’d think his password would be way more complex then password, but it’s not. Technically wasn’t breaking in if the door was unlocked though, so in actuality he was just being negligent.”

[Ruba]

Ruba listened to the response he got from Buen and face palmed once more. He looked at Burn and said, "Just because the door was left unlocked, doesn't mean you can use it. I'll have a discussion with your father when ever he awakens from his coma. Alright you two will wait the thirty minutes for the fusion to end then wait the hour after to try again. Now remember that you both need to be calm when you fuse, as well as keeping your power similar, got it?" Ruba went and sat on a rock and waited for the next attempt.
