Family training: Rasha and Bardock vs Devlin and Kakarot

[Rasha]

Devlin listened as Rasha spoke and observed that she grew more confident when he formed his standard broadsword, little did she know he could move just like her with a sword this big. Rasha shot towards him and swing her blade and within a second his big sword came up and blocked it, Devlin held his ground for a moment analyzing her form and style and he pushed her away spinning his sword around him rapidly and then shot forward with a sideways slash at her

As Rasha shot forward and Devlin moved to block her blade. She watched as he paused long enough to try and analyze her moves. She then watched as he pushed away and then spun around and went to do a sideways slash. She registered it coming and she bent back and watched as the blade came inches from her chest. She then swung her blade up as it came close to her then flipped back as she forced his blade up and as she flipped she kicked him in the chest.

When she righted herself they were a mere couple feet apart and almost instantly the two of them went into a high speed clash of blades.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

As Rasha shot forward and Devlin moved to block her blade. She watched as he paused long enough to try and analyze her moves. She then watched as he pushed away and then spun around and went to do a sideways slash. She registered it coming and she bent back and watched as the blade came inches from her chest. She then swung her blade up as it came close to her then flipped back as she forced his blade up and as she flipped she kicked him in the chest.

Devlin watched as Rasha ducked away from his slash and then brought her sword up in an upward slash causing his blade to swing upwards and then gave him a hefty kick to his chest causing him to move a few feet away so she could correct herself. Once they locked eyes they were once more in a high speed clash of blades, Devlin moved in harmony with his sisters movements as he analyzed her technique. She was clearly training with swords so Teelo would be her best bet at a teacher yet she moved with a certain grave he had never seen before, when they blades clashed again Devlin brought a knee up into Rasha’s gut and head butted her causing her to backpedal. He then stabbed his sword into the ground and used his momentum to swing around it and slammed a kick into the side of her head.

Rasha used her mastery of swords to battle her brother and she they clashed blades she found his personal skills very admirable. When she went to clash blades again she was caught by a knee to the gut which made her backpedal and try to catch her breath a second and as she did he was able to use an unexpected move and kick her to the side of her face with such force that she was sent flying and crashing into the side of a nearby rock formation shattering it. When she crawled out of the rubble she felt her anger peak and she shot up out of the rubble, locked eyes with him and flew at him and slammed into him and carried him with her momentum and slammed him into the side of a butte.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin watched as his sister shot into the side of a rock formation and pulled his sword from the ground twirling it in his hands, he brought the sword to rest on his hip when Rasha shot from the rubble at him and collided with him pushing him into the side of a butte. The butte cratered from the impact as Devlin audibly went oof and the butte then disintegrated into Rubble, Devlin took this moment to headbutt Rasha and for the first time ever he would attempt to use instant transmission. A loud pop rang across the battlefield as he completely disappeared from sight, and for a few moments he remained gone. You see Devlin had decided to lock on to a power signature that was minuscule compared to him but not far away and when he realized what he had done he concentrated on Rasha but just above her from behind, once more a loud pop rang across the battlefield and Devlin delivered a heavy backhand causing Rash to stumble forward and as she did he brought his hands together in front of him.
“Now that I figured that out why not another move but this time from your husband’s family. BIG BANG ATTACK!!!!!”
Devlin said as a ball of purple ki formed in between his clawed hands and fired it off right at Rasha from behind.

[Rasha]

Devlin watched as his sister shot into the side of a rock formation and pulled his sword from the ground twirling it in his hands, he brought the sword to rest on his hip when Rasha shot from the rubble at him and collided with him pushing him into the side of a butte. Rasha was watching Devlin as she sent him colliding with the butte. She knew it wasn't gonna stop him and as he caused the butte to collapse she lost sight for a moment then he came out of the rubble then vanished as he instant transmitted. When he vanished she heard the pop and when he reappeared he was above her from behind and as she turned to see him she got hit and was sent stumbling forward. She then went to correct her balance and as she did she heard him speak and she turned just as he fired off a big bang attack at her. She threw her hands up and laced them in ki just as it hit. The force of the attack pushed her back but she gathered strength and was able to stand her ground. She then released a burst of ki as she went to push his attack back.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin watched as his brought his arms down as Rasha quickly blocked the attack by lacing her body with Ki and then attempted to push it back with a flurry of Ki blasts, Devlin watched as his attack slowly but surely inched back towards him and he brought his hands behind him. Once more purple Ki formed in between his hands and he glared through his blast at his sister.
“Gonna have to try a little harder than that! KA…ME…HA…ME…. *POP*”
Devlin began to say and once more disappeared with a loud pop, he reappeared behind Rasha and stared at her.
“HAAAAA!!!!!”
Devlin shouted and fired his beam of at his sister

[Rasha]

Devlin watched as his brought his arms down as Rasha quickly blocked the attack by lacing her body with Ki and then attempted to push it back with a flurry of Ki blasts, Devlin watched as his attack slowly but surely inched back towards him and he brought his hands behind him. Once more purple Ki formed in between his hands and he glared through his blast at his sister.
“Gonna have to try a little harder than that! KA…ME…HA…ME…. *POP*”
Devlin began to say and once more disappeared with a loud pop, he reappeared behind Rasha and stared at her.
“HAAAAA!!!!!”
Devlin shouted and fired his beam of at his sister

As Rasha pushed back at Devlin's attack she was now alert to his tricks with the instant transmission he was using so when he boasted that she should try harder then started to charge another attack and then suddenly vanish only to reappear in front of her she was ready as she was keenly tracking his ki. When he popped up in front of her with a kamehameha ready to hit her at near point blank range. She gave a smirk then suddenly vanished and reappeared over his back and watched as he fired off his beam at nothing.

Rasha watched as his beam fired off and in the moment of high action of what he was doing she moved closer to him and as she moved close she waited for him to realize what she done and turn to see her and when he did she was hovering at just the right height to catch him with a kick to the jaw and send him somersaulting back away from her.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin watched as Rasha disappeared right as he fired it off and as he turned to face her he was met with a heavy kick to the jaw sending him flying away from her, as he somersaulted through the air he quickly calculated what to do next and he remembered his beam was still moving. In a quick motion of his hands he steered the beam back towards Rasha and sent it back at her.

[Rasha]

Devlin watched as Rasha disappeared right as he fired it off and as he turned to face her he was met with a heavy kick to the jaw sending him flying away from her, as he somersaulted through the air he quickly calculated what to do next and he remembered his beam was still moving. In a quick motion of his hands he steered the beam back towards Rasha and sent it back at her.

When Rasha kicked Devlin and sent him summersaulting back she thought it would break his use of the beam attack but he managed to still keep hold of it and also control its direction. She barely had time to think and she glanced down and saw a massive chunk of rock and using her telekinetic abilities she brought it up as a block. She did this just as the beam hit and it caused the rock to explode out and shower debris everywhere and make her fly back from the force. This caused her anger to peak and her ki began to change to a bit more green and her eyes went to a blank white color.

[Goku]

Goku was watching the fight between Rasha and Devlin and he started to feel uneasy at seeing how ferocious it was getting and when he saw Rasha's eyes go white with rage he looked over at his father and said, "I don't like that look she has...I think we should stop this fight..." he said and was ready to take off and get in the middle to try and stop it before one of them kill each other.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin watched as his beam shot towards Rasha and she brought up a chunk of ground to block it and take the brunt of the damage and he watched as his sister went flying and quickly recovered. As she did, her Ki began to grow a more vibrant green and her puils
disappeared and Devlin crossed his arms frowning slightly at his younger sibling.
“Hmph, it appears you and your husband both have very little control over this full power form. I must say Rasha, if there was anyone I thought would be capable of taming this form it would be you.”
Devlin said and shifted his fighting stance to a defensive stance, he knew what was coming next.

[Bardock]

Bardock watched as the fight grew more fierce and felt the urge to intervene when he heard Kakarot speak of doing the same.
“Exactly what I was thinking, let’s go.” Bardock said and shot off landing between the two of them

[Goku]

Goku looked over at his father and gave a nod and he turned and followed him as they moved to get in between both of them. He landed in front of Rasha as his father landed in front of Devlin and he looked at Rasha and said, "I think you two should stop now...its looking like you are loosing control..."

[Rasha]

Devlin watched as his beam shot towards Rasha and she brought up a chunk of ground to block it and take the brunt of the damage and he watched as his sister went flying and quickly recovered. As she did, her Ki began to grow a more vibrant green and her puils

Rasha was looking at Devlin and even though she was allowing her rage to cause her to change and her pupils to vanish she was very much aware of all she was doing. She gave a laugh and said, "You think just because i let my rage loose I am not aware of what i'm doing??...pfff I know what i'm doing..." She said then Kakarot jumped in and got right between their fight. She gave him a scowl and said very coldly, "Get out of my way!..." She said but he didn't move. She then gave a groan and looked at both her father and baby brother and she knew if she tried to push it then she would likely have to deal with all three of them and she gave a gave a frown then dropped back into her base form and she turned her back and crossed her arms and said, "You guys are no fun..."

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Rasha spoke of still having control and watched as she grew a cocky demeanor and before he could move his father and youngest brother landed between them saying that they should put the fight to an end and he scoffed as Rasha told Kakarot to move and then state that they were no fun.
Devlin stood straight and crossed his arms scowling at Bardock and Kakarot.
“Hmph, I was just getting warmed up too… I second what Rasha said you sods are no fun.”

[Goku]

Goku looked at both Rasha and Devlin and he was left a bit off when he heard how they responded. He thought he was stopping a disaster but now he was not so sure. He then said to them, “Ahh…sorry but the levels you guys were showing was pretty intense…” he then paused then asked, “Is this something you two do alot…cause man its pretty intense?…”

[Rasha]

Goku looked at both Rasha and Devlin and he was left a bit off when he heard how they responded. He thought he was stopping a disaster but now he was not so sure. He then said to them, “Ahh…sorry but the levels you guys were showing was pretty intense…” he then paused then asked, “Is this something you two do alot…cause man its pretty intense?…”

Rasha looked at Goku and she said, "You think this was intense?...man we were only warming up..." she then paused then looked over at her father and Devlin then gave a sigh then said, "I guess this is done...I am gonna head back to the palace to get cleaned up then we can get some food...if you guys want to use our healing springs you can...Devlin can show you where they are..." she said then turned and took off for the palace.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Kakarot spoke questioning if this was something they did often and he softly chuckled then eyed Bardock and Kakarot projecting the curve he’d have to make when he heard Rasha speak up and then take off towards the palace leaving him to bring the others to the healing springs.
“Leave it to me to be the chaperone, haha love ya too sis. Alright so the springs are kinda all together, they’re kinda like the healing pods but you don’t have to strip, even though I guess you didn’t with the pods they just made ya for some reason. We have healing pods but they are a lot bigger and the liquid is insanely more effective than what you two have been in, pretty sure the springs are what’s in it. Just follow me since I feel like Instant transmitting would leave father out.”
Devlin said gently ascending to base form and taking off towards the springs at a decent pace so everyone can keep up with them.

[Bardock]

Bardock listened as everyone spoke and watched as Rasha left for the palace, he could tell that her and Devlin weren’t even close to being all out yet the rise in their powers still scared him a bit. He heard as Devlin jokingly complained and then explained how the springs worked then told them to follow them and took off. Bardock looked over to Kakarot and nodded and then they took off following close behind his eldest child.

[Goku]

Goku listened to what Rasha said and he was surprised when she said they were barely warming up. He knew she was strong from they time he spent with her, Devlin, Raditz and Ruba on King Kai's planet but he wasn't aware how really strong she was. He then watched as she left to head back to her palace and he then turned to Devlin and listened to what he said. When he watched as Devlin left and followed Rasha he was left with his father and the two of them looked at each other then took off and followed them. As he followed along side his father while keeping pace with Devlin he asked his father, "She said they were barely warming up...how strong do you really think they are?..."

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin appeared behind Nappa with a loud pop and crossed his arms as he looked at him.
“Sorry about that old friend, I kinda forgot about you amidst the bout. So I see that you are capable of learning new skills so I have a bit of a proposal for you, if you decline I will gladly bring you back to Earth.”
Devlin said in his soft calm voice.

[Nappa]

Nappa was hiding behind a rock as he watched this supposed training session between family members become a battle of titans. Though he was a super saiyan, he would never catch up to Rasha or Devlin in terms of power. As the battle ended and everyone left for God knows where, Nappa was leaning against the rock, vomiting. he wiped his mount and was about to head toward the planet when he heard an audible pop and heard Devlin behind him. Nappa listened as he mentioned a proposal and said, "Frankly... I'd like to be away from Earth as long as I can. Skalli is dating Yamcha, Raditz is still a dick and Vegeta prefers to train alone. I don't really have anything going for me there anymore so what's your proposal?"

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Nappa spoke of his issues on Earth and then asked what Devlin proposal was and he laughed and scratched the back of his head much like his youngest brother, in an instant he grew serious and locked eyes with Nappa.
“Well it’s more like a couple, firstly since you have proven to learn new skills I am in need of a lab assistant who’s willing to learn new things. The next proposal is more serious though, I tend to either be in my lab or by Ruba so I am in need of a second General for the Azurian army. So tell me Nappa do you want to take me up on my deal?”
Devlin asked and crossed his arms

[Nappa]

Nappa saw the similarities between Devlin and Kakarot for a moment, but then things went strictly to business. Nappa listened carefully as Devlin spoke out on his proposal. He had no problems learning new things so being a lab assistant wasn't difficult. When Devlin told him about becoming the second in command of the Azurian army he thought back to when he was general of the saiyan army. He watched Devlin cross his arms and gave a sigh. He looked at Devlin and said, "I know how you operate, kiddo. At the end of the day your going to test me to become your second in command. So how about we skip the dramatics and get to the meaty bits. What am I going to have to do to prove myself?"

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Nappa told him he knew that Devlin intended on putting him through some sort of test and to stop beating around the bush and he smirked and nodded.
“It’s good to see nothing gets past you still, you shall engage in combat in the Pit, much like the Chikimaru Trials to pass you must gain my approval in combat against me or my choice in my leagues combatants. Think your up for the task Nappy?”
Devlin said

[Nappa]

Nappa listened as Devlin explained what he was going to have to do. It was surprising that Devlin wanted him to attempt the first trial of the Chikimaru or something like it. He cracked his neck and knuckles and said, "Sure. It's been awhile since I've had a good fight. The most I've had was sparring matches with Skalli and she can't go super saiyan. Hopefully whoever you put me against can handle it, Devin." Nappa knew this nickname annoyed Devlin, but it was payback for the Nappy comment.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Nappa spoke and when he called him Devin he scowled for a moment and then smirked as he looked back up at Nappa.
“Someone else? You shall be facing me Nappa, not anyone else. If your up to the task I shall lead you to the Pit.”
Devlin said as he crossed his arms across his chest

[Nappa]

Nappa watched as Devlin scowled at the comment of his hated nickname 'Devin' and gave a smirk. He listened as Devlin explained that he would be fighting him and Nappa just sighed. He scratched his beard and said, "So your plan is to just throw me into the bear's den and get torn apart. Hate to break it to you kid, but this really won't be fair fight. How am I suppose to prove myself to you when you younger saiyans are already better than me? I've already told this to Skalli and your brother, but I'm not some spry young saiyan like you. I'm old, but I also know when something or someone is out of my league. I'll take on your challenge, but don't expect to be impressed by what I can do. Unlike your pops, who somehow hasn't aged t all, I have aged heavily over the past 28 years." Nappa crossed his arms and waited for Devlin to lead the way.

[Devlin Chikimaru]

Devlin listened as Nappa spoke and slowly nodded his head understandingly as he continued to speak, Devlin understood where he was coming from but at the same time he knew that Nappa felt this way due to his pride being broken.
“I understand how you feel, but this was my first time ascending I did not on Namek, I died on Namek. If you think this is an excuse for me to toss you around you are sorely mistaken because I have a legion of Azurian’s who would kill for this opportunity, I present this to you because I know I can trust you Nappa. So now we shall go to the pit.”
Devlin said and put a hand on Nappa’s shoulder.

[Nappa]

Nappa finished speaking and watched as Devlin began to contemplate what he had said. He waited a moment and watched as Devlin approached him and began to speak to him about Namek and how the fight between Ruba was his first time ascending. He then explained how this was not him trying to belittle him, but give him an opportunity. Nappa felt Devlin place a hand on his shoulder and he sighed. He looked at Devlin and said, "Lead the way... Not sure how well I'll do, but I'll try my best."
