Fight of Fated Rivals! Vegeta vs Goku

[Vegeta]

Vegeta watched with anger as Nappa killed Piccolo. He was about to scream at Nappa, when Raditz and two others arrived. When he saw Raditz he became even angrier. He watched a Skalli and the other woman conversed with Raditz charging at Nappa and knocking him away. Vegeta looked to the other male and had the vision of Bardock flashed through his mind.

He smirked and said, "So I guess you're Kakarot. I guess you'll do for a fight. Show me what a low class warrior can do." He took to the sky and flew to a nearby desert. He landed on the walk and waited for Kakarot to show up.

[Goku]

When Rasha took them to the battle field hw wasn't sure what to expect but what he saw made his blood boil. He could see that the cause of this carnage came from the one called Nappa and he watched as Raditz made it clear that he was his. then he heard the other one who was not too far away speak to him. He looked over and saw the other saiyan. He was a lot shorter than Nappa but Goku could tell this one was smart. He was also surprised by the deep guttural voice he had and when he challenged him like he was only barely worth his time he wasn't about to deny him the fight. He then said, "You must be Vegeta...Raditz told me about you!!...." He then followed Vegeta to the desert location he wanted to take this fight to. He landed on a Butte as he looked up at the Prince and he said, "I was told all about you!!...if you want a fight then a fight you will get!..." He said and dropped into a fight stance.

Goku took a moment to study this Saiyan's attitude then he flew at him with a determination and fury to match.

[Vegeta]

Vegeta watched as his opponent finally arrived. A cocky smirk formed on his face as he took his own fighting stance. He heard Kakarot yell at him and he chuckled. A few seconds passed of them studying each other, then Kakarot leapt towards him. They began to exchange blows as they went into a melee with each other.

Vegeta began to block and parry some of Kakarot's attacks, but still took a few hits. As the two landed punches to each others faces and were knocked back a bit, Vegeta wiped his face and grimaced. He then said, "Intriguing your alot stronger than Radtiz. I guess that's why you subdued him and made him join your side. Guess once I'm done with you I'll kill the rest of your family and my cousin."

[Goku]

Vegeta watched as his opponent finally arrived. A cocky smirk formed on his face as he took his own fighting stance. He heard Kakarot yell at him and he chuckled. A few seconds passed of them studying each other, then Kakarot leapt towards him. They began to exchange blows as they went into a melee with each other.

Vegeta began to block and parry some of Kakarot's attacks, but still took a few hits. As the two landed punches to each others faces and were knocked back a bit, Vegeta wiped his face and grimaced. He then said, "Intriguing your alot stronger than Radtiz. I guess that's why you subdued him and made him join your side. Guess once I'm done with you I'll kill the rest of your family and my cousin."

As Goku and Vegeta exchanged blow after blow Goku felt his excitement rising as the challenge escalated. They then had a momentary pause as both of them wiped blood off their mouths from the blows. He then heard what Vegeta said and he said, "Is that what you think??...ha...it wasn't me that turned him away from you it was our sister Rasha that done that..." He then paused as he felt the sudden increase in power coming from Rasha even from this distance and he grinned. He then noticed that Vegeta was not feeling the increase and he said, "As a matter of fact I do believe she is currently giving that other girl a run for her money right about now from the feel of it." He said then dropped back into a fight pose.

[Vegeta]

As Vegeta listened to Kakarot respond about his sister. He thought back and remembered her speak up against him before Vegeta exploded. He scoffed, but the moment Kakarot mention her power increasing by feeling, he was intrigued. He pulled his scouter out and turned it on. He placed over his eye and ear and immediately was alerted to power levels all over.

He looked to the west and saw a power level of 19,000. He thought and noticed that was where Raditz force Nappa to. He saw Nappa's power level of 12,000 and said in confusion, "That's... not possible... how did he..." Vegeta heard another set of beeps as the display pointed upward.

He shifted his attention to where he saw Ruba launch Devlin. He waited for the scouter to give him the power levels, but it errors out. Both of their power levels were over what the scouter could measure. He growled and said, "There is no way my cousin and Devlin are that strong... it's impossible!"

Vegeta shifted his attention back to Kakarot and watched as the scouter measured his power level over 9000. He gritted his teeth with rage and anger. Suddenly the scouter began to go haywire and explode on the side of his face. As he looked in that direction he could catch a vague sense of overwhelming power. He looked back to Kakarot with an angry glare.

He powered up and said, "Explain it to me Kakarot! How is your sister strong enough to cause my scouter to overload?!? Why can't I read Devlin and Ruba's power level, when my scouter can detect power levels to 530,000?!? What the hell did you guys do and how the hell am i the second weakest saiyan here?!? Explain yourself now clown!!!"

[Goku]

Goku watched Vegeta's confusion as he took out his scouter and used it to read power levels. He didn't really know what the device was but as he heard Vegeta speak he figured it out. He could also tell he was getting pretty pissed at how much stronger everyone was gotten. He then heard him demand how they got strong like this and he said, "Me, Raditz and Rasha trained together for the last year in other world...on a planet that was 10 times this planets gravity...we used our own strengths against each other to get stronger." He said then paused then said, "Now let me show you a little something I learned!..." He said then stood tall then drew on his ki to power up to Kaio Ken and as he yelled during the power up he yelled out "KAIO...KEN!!!...." his aura then shot out with a crimson glow and his power level increased over his current level. He then took flight and shot off towards Vegeta and he struck him hard in the face sending him flying into the side of a near by butte making an explosive hole in the side.

[Vegeta]

Vegeta listened closely as Kakarot explain the sudden power increase. He growled and said, "So for the past year, you've been training somewhere called Otherworld on Planet with ×10 the normal gravity of this ball of dirt... what do you take me as?... I'm not some idiot...Clown." Vegeta began to charge his ki, but was caught off guard by Kakarot.

He heard him scream out something, but wasn't able to hear him as the immense pressure that came from Kakarot. He then asked, "Kaio... what?!?" Vegeta didn't get a response. Instead he got a punch to the face and was launched into a butte not too far from where they were. He laid in the butte as rocks fell on to him

He laid there for a moment and then exerted his ki, blowing up the butte. He floated up into the air and stared at Kakarot, with rage burning in his eyes. He clenched his teeth and fist and said, to himself, "He's so confident. How could he achieve that drastic increase in power and speed? It doesn't make any sense. Is this what proper training can do?" Vegeta growled once more and flew back towards Kakarot and slammed his fist into Kakarot's face.

[Goku]

Goku listened to Vegeta's confusion and he was unmoved and after he attacked and struck him, sending him crashing into a nearby butte he watched as he exploded out of the rubble and flew at him and struck him hard in the face. The strike caused him to fly back. He then stopped himself then flew back and proceeded to engage in a melee of fists and kicks. Some of his hits struck him hard and some of his own punches struck vegeta hard.

This fight went on for a few minutes as the two of them fought with thunderous claps with each strike. Goku then spotted an opening and struck Vegeta with a kick to his side sending him crashing to the ground while Goku landed on the top of the butte looking down at him.

[Vegeta]

Vegeta watched as Kakarot dashed at him and began to go into a melee. They continue to attack each other, both landing blows, until Kakarot saw an opening and kicked him in the side and sent him to the ground. As Vegeta slowly got up from the ground, he looked around and saw Kakarot standing above him on the butte nearby. He growled and said, "You dare mock me and my pride, clown?!? YOU think your better than just because you can land a few blows?!?"

Vegeta drew on his ki as his body began glow a deep red. His aura busted out as he stared at Kakarot with unadulterated rage. He then took off at Kakarot and slammed his fist into the clown's face. As Kakarot flew away, Vegeta gathered ki into his hands and began to throw a massive volley of Ki attacks at Kakarot.

[Goku]

Goku looked down at Vegeta as he got back up and he was momentarily confused by the sudden show of anger and broken pride. He had never encountered a person with so much pride before, but then he understood what angered him and before he could say anything Vegeta had flown up so fast and punched him in the face he was forced to fly away and as he did he got peppered by a volley of ki blasts that caused him to to spin around and try to deflect some of the blasts. Some of the blasts struck him and he felt them.

Goku was also starting to feel the strain of the kaio Ken and he knew he was gonna have to do something fast. In the moment he knew he was gonna have to act he felt the immense power surge coming back from the wastelands. If distracted him for only a second. He then refocused on Vegeta and he drew on his ki and as he did he went into position, brought his hands into a cup shape at his side, looked at Vegeta then yelled as ki formed in his hands, "KAAAA...MMMEEE....HHHAAAA...MMMEEE...HHHAAAAA!!!. .." and sent a Kamehameha beam at him.

[Vegeta]

Vegeta waited until the clown had emerged from the cloud of smoke, but was greeted by a bright blue light he had never seen. He hovered in place wondering what it could be, until a massive beam of ki was shot at him. Vegeta dodge to the left as he watched the beam collided with a nearby spire and destroyed it entirely. He growled as he charged Kakarot and slammed his fist into his opponents side.

Vegeta then grabbed Kakarot by face and threw him into the ground. He then landed and hit Kakarot in the side with a kick. As Vegeta did, to his surprise, Kakarot caught the kick and spun around and hit him twice in the stomach with his own kicks. Vegeta stumbled back and said, "Grr...grrr...this shouldn't be happening! I don't understand! I'm a super elite! Now he's sealed his fate! This planet is history!"

Vegeta flew as high as he could into the air as purple aura enveloped around him. Vegeta curled his fingers and places both of his hands together at chest level facing the same direction so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other. A small orb formed and then burst into a full size orb. He then yelled down, "Who does this fool think he's dealing with!? He's beneath me! I'll show him. I'll show them all! I'll destroy everything! Everything! Do you hear me, Kakarot?! I'll reduce this place to ashes! Galick Gun!!! FIRE!!!"
Vegeta thrusted both hands forward and fired a powerful blast of energy. The result was a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanated from his hands and body. He began to chuckle as he said, "Dodge it if you want, but if you do your entire planet will be wiped from existence! Make your choice clown will you perish or will this pathetic planet?!? HA HA HA HA!!!" The beam continued to barrel towards Kakarot at an alarming speed.

[Goku]

He was then grabbed by the face and slammed into the ground then kicked, and when he went to kick a second time he had righted himself in time to catch the kick, spin around and kick him twice in the stomach. He was about to attack again and heard Vegeta's confusion and and heard his rage and watched as he shot up in the air. He then heard the threat he was giving him and dropped into a fight pose as he saw Vegeta preparing a strong ki attack. And when he saw him fire off the purple ki attack Goku Narrowed his eyes and he yelled, "I'm not gonna let you destroy my world!!..." He then powered up his ki and yelled as he increased his Kiao Ken to times three. Hi aura then increased and his power jumped up to three times his base power. He then dropped into position and yelled out, "LET'S SEE HOW YOU LIKE THIS KAMEHAMEHA!!..." He then drew on his ki and cupped his hands as he drew on his ki and concentrated it into a single point between his cupped hands. He then yelled out, "KA!!!!! ME!!!!!! HA!!!!!! ME!!!!!!! HAAAAAAAA!!!!!" Goku thrusted his hands forward and shot out a streaming, powerful beam of energy. This time it was even stronger than his last and this time he directed it at Vegeta's beam to try to over take it.

[Vegeta]

Vegeta watched as his Galick Gun collided with Kakarot's Kamehameha. He chuckled as he felt both of their attacks were equal in power. He knew as long as he outlasted Kakarot he would win. He then yelled out, "It seems we are evenly matched in power with our current attacks! Unlike you I have plenty of energy to spare, while you seem to be trying to catch your breath! All I have to do is wait until you run out of energy and let my Galick Gun do the work for me! Ridding myself of this nightmare of a planet!" Vegeta began to chuckle and laugh at the prospect of being free of all of the weaklings here.

[Goku]

Goku held his beam steady and even though he was starting to feel the effects of the kaio Ken he wasn't about to give it up. He then cooked a brow as he heard Vegeta boast of his confidence he got serious then powered up to Kaio Ken times four and began to push his way through his galick gun beam. He only had a short time to push through this fight before he lost his hold on the kaio ken...

[Vegeta]

Vegeta was confident that he was going to win the battle as long as he held his own. He was laughing as he continued to fight back against Kakarot. Suddenly a large burst of energy came from Kakarot. Vegeta refocused and tried to push the beam back, but to no avail. Kakarot's Kamehameha wave slammed into him and lifted him higher into the sky. By the time he was able to pull himself away from the blast he was high above the ground.

vegeta hovered in the air, angry and frustrated by this whole battle. He began to think of ways to win, when an idea came to him. He said to himself, "Wait a minute. Kakarot doesn't have a tail which means there's no way he can transform. I've got him! Ha ha ha ha ha! I'll change into the giant ape and crush him where he stands. I hate him for forcing me to do this. That form is meant to level civilizations and destroy planets, and now I'm using it to wipe out one stubborn little insect. How repugnant."

Vegeta began to look around for this planet's moon, but couldn't find it. As he continued to search he said to himself, "Oh, come on! What have they done with it?! It's a moon! It's not like you can hide it anywhere! It can only mean one thing: Someone on this stinking planet had enough foresight to know that I would need it and they've destroyed it to prevent my transformation! No matter. We Saiyans have encountered this problem before and devised a way to deal with it. They haven't stopped me, they've only delayed the inevitable!"

Vegeta's eyes combed through the area one final time and to his surprise he saw his cousin hovering in the air. He focused in on what he was seeing and saw that Ruba had grown in size. His muscles and body much larger than before. It seemed his cousin had undergone a transformation he had no idea about. He yelled out, "SINCE I'M HERE I GUESS I CAN JUST KILL YOU NOW COUSIN!" Vegeta chuckled as he moved towards his cousin to attack.
