Galactic patrol: Namek Saga

[Zorn]

Time had past with terrible slowness and uncertainty for Zorn. It had felt like only yesterday when the terrible calamity that befell his home world of Planet Vegeta happened. He remembered the demands of the tyrant Lord Frieza and it still gave him gnawing chills to think King Vegeta would drop down so low and hand over his son and he remembered the look of desperate anger on his lords face. He remembered pleading with his king and hearing him saw it was the only way to keep his son alive.

He then remembered when Frieza arrived at the palace and he wanted to stay by his kings side but King Vegeta pushed him away and told him to leave and when he can to free his son. Zorn looked at his king and their eyes locked then he turned and fled and as he did he could hear Frieza speak to his king and then a terrible sound that could only mean Frieza went to kill his king. He wanted to run back in but knew it would be suicide so he left and as he did he could see thousands of frieza's forces in the air over head.

Zorn then woke from another nightmare and felt the sweat and chills run down his back. He then sat up straight then looked over at his copilot who was a light blue skinned alien named Jaco. The fella was quite the bundle of adventure and comedy which often kept his mood up. He then looked at Jaco and said, "Are you sure about this planet called Earth?..."

[Jaco]

Jaco was in the middle of reading one of his favorite Mangas. Since Earth was part of his quadrant, he knew that things should be relatively. He heard his partner wake up from a nightmare and he knew what Zoran was dreaming. Realizing that he was pretty much slacking off in front of his partner, he fumbled around in putting his manga away and get back in control of the shop. "Oh yea, Earth has been pretty calm and tame. In anyway, just a simple routine checkup, nothing too crazy for two elite patrol members."

[Zorn]

Zorn looked over at Jaco and he saw as he fumbled away a strange looking picture book. He then said, "I would like to see this planet...you seem pretty familiar with it...maybe we can find out if any other saiyans managed to make it to this world..." He said then thought of how many bad ways it could all go with a bit of a cringe.

[Jaco]

Jaco grabbed the controller's to the ship as they approached Earth. "Well a few years ago, I was sent to Earth for suspicion of saiyan activities, but saw nothing" He turned his head to look at Zorn and stared at his tail."All saiyans have tails right? Because I've been hearing of reports of a child with no tail, but with incredible strength." He thought about it for a sec and shrugged. "Oh well, what could one saiyan do on Earth anyway?"

[Zorn]

Zorn listened to Jaco as he spoke and he said, "When we get to this planet I can confirm if there is any saiyans living there...there is ways to find these things out..." He said as he felt his old scouter that rested in a hip pouch on his side.

Zorn had long done away with his signature cape and blue undersuit and now wore a black undersuit and bady armor that looked different and carried the galactic patrol symbol on the chest.

He then looked at Jaco and said, "May race was bread to destroy and even as a kid we could do alot of damage so if you say, what could one kid do...that would be foolish to think like that..." He then turned and looked back out the glass and said. "We will find out though...now lets get there cause i really need to know this stuff..."

[Jaco]

Jaco pushed a couple of buttons on his ship and right when he does so, the Earth was coming into view. Jaco remembered coming there a few times to see if anything needed his proper supervision. But, a thought did cross his mind. He turned to his partner. "Now Zorn, when we land on the Earth, you must do your best to conceal that saiyan strength. The people on this planet will probably... most definitely freak out by your strength. Just... do try and not stand out. Ok buddy?"

[Zorn]

Zorn looked over at Jaco and he gave a groan at his unusual suggestion. He then said, "You don't have to remind me how to control my own strength...I have doing this long enough to know what i'm doing...and if these people of this planet are that weak I will be sure to keep my strength in check..." He then turned and looked back out the glass and then said, "...How long until we get there?..." He said

[Jaco]

Jaco looked at his small little computer and calculated the distance. "Hmmm, if we keep going at this currently speed, we will be there in about a minute or so." He felt a sense of pride at his fast ship, getting there as quick as they did. "You will have to forgive me for that weird request Zorn. Based on what I've seen, anything too crazy causes massive wide panic. I know you know what to do, it was just to reassure myself."

[Zorn]

Zorn glanced over at Jaco and said, "Yeah well you don't need to lecture me on proper behavior...I do know how to maintain control." He said then grumbled his annoyance at Jaco's behavior.

As the two of them flew to the planet known as Earth Zorn dwelled on the thoughts of possibly finding more saiyans. He also knew the tendencies of most saiyans so he was not about to let his guard down. It had been quite some time since their world was destroyed and without good leadership some saiyans tend to get a bit power hungry. He also thought about those saiyans he knew were sent off world before Frieza destroyed the planet and he knew the training he done would of ensured their survival so it was only a matter of where everyone is currently.

Soon they came across a bright blue and green planet that appeared to be mostly covered in large areas of of oceans. The sight was rather beautiful and though he wanted to stare at it his mind was on the tasks at hand. He then asked Jaco, "Is this the planet you call Earth?..."

[Jaco]

Jaco looked back at his friend and nodded. "Yes. My friend, welcome to Earth!" He brings the ship down towards the planets. He pushes a few buttons and the ships dive down straight for the Earth. When the ship gets close to the ocean, Jaco pulls the ship up and the ship glides across the ocean. Looking out at the sea, Jaco could see a multitude of fish either swimming close to the ship from the sides or below them. Flying towards the land, he lands the ship down in what appears to be a rocky biome. "All right buddy, looks like we are here now. After we check the surrounding area, we should checking further inland to see if anything else happened here."

[Zorn]

Zorn stood up and looked at Jaco and said, "Let me do a scan of the area before we take off...it will only take a minute..." He said and took out his scouter. He looked at it a moment remembering it was one of those devices Frieza gave everyone before he so casually destroyed his planet. He had long since reconfigured it so Frieza couldn't track him through it but it angered him to think of what that monster did to his people. He then collected his thoughts and put the scouter on, turned it on and then turned and exited the ship. He then done a scan of the area and he found a couple high readings that showed promise and another reading he recognized as belonging to an elite class saiyan but he couldn't tell who. He then looked out on the horizon and said to himself, "Interesting...well there is definitely a couple Saiyans here..." He said as he picked up on readings from Raditz and Goku.

He then turned and called for Jaco to come outside and waited for him to join him.

[Jaco]

Jaco was suprised and kinda speechless. He really didn't think that saiyans were actually here, but something else crossed his mind. "Saiyans are here?! Ok, thats really interesting. I mean, its great that you found mlre saiyans here, but somethings weird. Usually some planets would be devastated, but not here. Something is up." When Jaco saw his friend leave the ship, Jaco jumps out but instead he somersaults. He looks at his friend a bit nervously. "If there are more saiyans, i think it would be better if they see someone from their race. If you want to, you can go investigate them while I investigate the surrounding area."

[Zorn]

Zorn glances over at Jaco and just rolls his eyes at his elaborate exit. He then said, "If that is what you want then fine...I will go this way and you can the other way and if you need me you can just call for me..." He said then took flight and as he did he said, "I will do the same if I need you..." He then took off and headed in the direction of West City where the signals were coming from.
