Barrens of Rothg

[Ruba]

Ruba slowly lowered his brother to the ground as he checked his temperature. He gave a sigh and said, "The Wrathful form exerts all the power you have, borrowed or not. It increases your temperature to help offset the increase to adrenaline. Deep breaths brother, it will soon pass." Ruba stayed at his brother's side waiting for him to calm down.

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was holding his head as his body was starting to decrease in temperature. After a few minutes of trying to relax, his body returned to his version of normal. "That felt really weird. And yet, it felt good a little." He quickly shook that weird feeling he had about the transformation. "Alright brother, what's next?"

[Ruba]

Ruba watched his brother calm down and return to his base form after a few breaths. He smiled and gave a sigh of relief. He looked at Sebas as he asked what was next and chuckled. He pat his brother on the back and said, "Rest is what your getting next. It seems you may have exerted yourself too much. Rest, because tomorrow is the final trial." Ruba lifted into the air and made his way home.

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas nodded at his brother and watched as he left to go home. Sebas stood there alone, feeling that same power began to build inside of him. What he couldnt tell them yet was in that spilt moment, he let go of attempting to control the dark ki within him and let it flow throughout his entire body. The feeling of not resistance the dark ki to him felt really good, like he was free. But, after these last few days of training, he understood that it seemed too easy for now. The murders intent to kill everything, lay waste to everyone around him was also intensified and he didn't know if it was good or bad.

However, for now, the best course of action was to rest for his final trial. He went inside his room and passes out immediately on his bed. He had no idea that he was that tired with everything that has transpired. When he awoken the next day, he fixed himself up and left for the Barrens. Surprisingly, he was the first one to appear at the grounds, so he decided to meditate until his mom and brother showed up.

[Ruba]

Ruba awoke the next morning, going through his normal routine. He exited his small house and made his way to the dining hall and noticed no one was there. He ate what food was provided, thanking his servants and went to Teelo's room. He knocked on the door several times awaiting her to answer.

[Teelo]

Teelo was in her room getting ready to head back to the Barrens when she heard a knock on her door. She then went to the door and opened it and saw Ruba and she said, "Are you ready for this?...I hope your last day with him helped him out..."

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as his mother opened the door, ready for the final day of training. He rubbed his head as she asked her question. He gestured for her to follow, and they both began to make there way to the Barrens. He kept his eyes forward as they exited the palace and began to fly towards the Barrens and said, "Well he now has a stance he is comfortable fighting in... he also doubts himself, but I think after what I said yesterday he has confidence in himself again. We may have a real fight on our hands." Ruba and Teelo quickly approached the Barrens noticing Sebas already there.

[Teelo]

Teelo left with Ruba as they headed to the Barrens. She listened to what he said and she said, "We will see how this goes..." She then arrived at the Barrens and saw Sebas waiting patiently for them.

She landed and walked over where Sebas was sitting meditating and she said, "Hello Sebas...are you ready for this days training."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas could hear his mother's and brothers voice. With a smile, he left his meditation stance and stood up. He crossed his arms and gave his family a smirk. It wasn't a smirk of malice, rather a smirk of playfulness. He then proceeded to bow to the both of them. "I was beginning to think you two weren't coming.....Masters."

[Ruba]

Ruba approached his brother and mother and folded his arms and swayed his tail back and forth. The fact his brother called him master intrigued him. He cleared his throat saying, "Are you ready for your final test little brother? This will be the moment that shows us that your ready to go out and help Escar and Rasha. You will face both mother and I at the same time, and you only pass if you force us both into submission... or push me to lose my cool." Ruba's eyes stared at Sebas making the point with his stare.

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas, with his arms still folded, was pacing back and forth staring at his brother and mother. "Six days. Six days of nothing but testing my mind, body and quite honestly my very soul. And yet, despite all of that, the confidence that everyone has showed me hasnt really manifested within me. Maybe im still scared, or perhaps not knowing who i truly am. Whatever the case may be, I'm gonna show you the fruits of my labor. I will prove myself here and now, and beat you two. He stops pacing and stood a few feet away from the two of them. "If thats really what I have to do, then this should be interesting... for the two of you. You see, I've been ready for a day like this. The question is master...." He gets into the same stance that he trained with the other day. "Are you?"

[Narrator]

The winds on the Barrens blew a soft subtle dust into the air. Ruba, Teelo, and Sebas all dropped into their stances and prepared for the coming battle. The air grew still as they continued to size each other up until Ruba roared and entered his Wrathful state. All three of them charged at once and entered a melee that shook the Barrens to its core. Ruba and Teelo's ferocity had Sebas stumbling back, but he quickly gathered his bearings and pushed back. Sebas was able to slam Teelo in the side but left himself open for Ruba to return the blow.

The fight escalated quickly as mountains and slopes broke apart and crumbled, causing dust to kick into the air. The dust didn't linger for long as the shockwaves caused it to disperse rapidly. Sebas, realizing he needed to step it up, went into his own version of the Wrathful state. With his new strength, Sebas began to push back against his opponents with newfound power. Ruba and Teelo were surprised to see the increase in combat ability and power. They struggled at first to hold off his onslaught at first, but they quickly adapted and were back on equal ground again.


Neither side was willing to step down, Ruba and Teelo landed a combo blow to the sides of Sebas' chest. As Sebas was pushed backwards, his rage was beginning to show as he prepared to fire his Black Onyx Cannon. A lesser version of Sebas' signature move, Ragnarok Cannon, Sebas pulled his hands together as jet black ki formed together before he thrusted it forward toward Teelo and Ruba. Ruba jumped in front of Teelo and charged his Emerald Beam Cannon, a emerald green version of his cousin's Galick Gun. The two beams collided and Sebas was winning the struggle.

Teelo quickly ran behind Sebas with an arcing motion from his left and slammed a kick into his back. She used the moment to bounce off Sebas and with the ferocity of her kicks, launched three ki slashes at him. As each slash impacted Sebas seemed to buckle and get distracted, giving Ruba the opportunity he needed to push through. Sebas was quick to respond, dropping his attack and batting away his brother's beam sending it nearly into Teelo. All of them were feeling the fatigue, none of them willing to make the next move. The air grew quiet as they all stared eachother down. The final moments of Sebas' training was at hand.

[Ruba]

The silence was sickening to Ruba, as if once it was broken everything would end. He shot a glance towards Teelo, who gave him a nod. Ruba smiled and said, "Your doing good Sebas, better than mother and I expected... but... IT'S NOT OVER YET!!!" Ruba charged forward and caught his brother with a gut punch, causing Sebas to double over. As Sebas bent over, Teelo appeared above him, wrapping her legs around his neck and flinging him to the ground. Ruba leapt into the air and charged a ki infused punch, but before he could land it Sebas rolled out of the way.

Ruba chuckled and grabbed Sebas' leg and yelled, "DID I SAY YOU COULD LEAVE?!?" Ruba then lifted his brother into the air and slammed him repeatedly into the ground by his ankle. Once Ruba was done, He threw Sebas towards Teelo. Teelo ran forward and landed a double knee into Sebas' chest, slamming him into the hard ground. As Teelo back flipped away, Ruba called out to her, saying, "Tell me when mother!"

[Teelo]

As the fight with Sebas progressed it was showing how much more focused Sebas has gotten. When she ran forward and landed a double knee into Sebas' chest, slamming him into the hard ground. As she back flipped away, she heard Ruba called out to her, saying, "Tell me when mother!" she glanced over at him as she heard him call out to her. She then pulled back and gave Ruba an opening and he jumped in and delivered a few more of his own strikes. She then said, "DO IT NOW!!...FINISH IT!!...."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas, in a interesting turn of events was rather quiet during their training. He was concentrating in a way that he himself didn't realized that he was capable of. Right now, he realized that he was not only matching his brother and mother, but rather on some occasions surprising them. He was curious as to how he was keeping up with them. Was it Cumbers own ki was affecting him in its own way? Could it be that the small bit of Yamoshis own energy, causing his own body to adapt so quickly? Regardless, Sebas was having a ton of fun with this, but once he stared at his family, he knew that this was it.

Sebas didn't make the first move, he stood there and was analyzing the situation. He knew that his family was thinking of the fact that they were winning, and Sebas remembered some words that were told by his mother. She told him that people often drop their guard when victory is assured. Knowing this, Sebas had a plan.

During Rubas and Teelos combo attack, Sebas shielded himself the best way he can, but he did take some damage. When Ruba delivered a few more strikes, Sebas catches a punch and then proceeded to headbutt him, kicking him away next and making himself slide right next to Teelo. Rather than charge, he ran at them at full speed.

He gets ready to punch them both and the two of them were about to do the same. "Gotcha." Just before the point of impact Sebas powers up to his full power in a quick burst. Once their fists collided, there was a huge shockwave that happened. Both Ruba and Teelo were pushed, their faces was suprised and Sebas took this opportunity to strike.

He too was pushed back by the shockwave but he uses it to his advantage. He did a handstand backflip and charged his family once more. He vanished and appeard behind his mother, slamming her down to the ground. Then, in one motion, Sebas pushed Ruba to knock him off balance and punches him in the face. He smirked at the two of them, knowing what he just did. "Heh. I win."

[Ruba]

Ruba was surprised by Sebas in this moment. As Ruba lunged forward to deliver a devastating punch to Sebas, his fist was caught and pulled into a headbutt. The attack sent him reeling for a moment, giving Sebas the opening to kick him away. As Ruba caught himself, Sebas charged him and Teelo by running at full speed. Ruba was ready to punch Sebas but was caught off by the sudden increase in power. The shockwave pushed all of them back, but Sebas was on them with an unusual quickness.

just before Ruba could retaliate, Sebas disappeared, then reappeared behind them. Sebas slammed Teelo into the ground and landed a punch in his face at full force. Ruba was certain Sebas thought he was going to be pushed back, but he kept his stance firm, holding everything in place. He heard the cockiness I'm Sebas' voice and said in a low growl, "Win? No, all you've done is royally... PISS ME OFF!!!" Ruba, without even thinking, charged a full power ki fist. He stared his brother down as his amber eyes flashed with a bit of red, his muscles bulking up as he inadvertently transformed once more into his Full Power Wrathful state.

Ruba slammed his full power ki infused fist into Sebas' jaw. The sound of bones splintering and breaking was sickening. Sebas' teeth were shattered and he was sent cascading into a nearby mountain. As Sebas' body was sent through numerous mountains before coming to rest, all that could be heard was Ruba roaring. This was unlike his normal roars of defiance, this was the roar of an oozaru in human form, one that shook the very space around him to its core.

[Teelo]

Teelo was laying on the ground when she saw Ruba go into full power wrathful and he went crazy on Sebas. She saw him injure Sebas bad in the jaw and she jumped up and got in the middle of the two of them and she said to Ruba while giving a stern look in his eyes as she worked to calm his rage before he ended up killing Sebas, "Ruba control yourself...this fight is done!!...you seriously injured his face!!"

[Ruba]

Ruba was angry and was about to continue his assault, but his mother got in his way. He was seething, but as she told him to calm down and that the fight was over, all he could say was, "Judgment comes..." Ruba reverted to his base for and looked away from his mother. He knew what he had done, but that smug look on Sebas' face that had irked him in a way he couldn't understand. He gave a sigh as he said, "I'm sorry I lost control... we should go check on him." Ruba began to walk towards his brother and could see the damage he caused. He looked at his brother and said, "Sorry Sebas... I didn't mean to hit you so hard, just enough to knock that smug look off your face."

[Sebas Bloodborne]

When Sebas delivered a punch to Rubas face, he knew that Ruba himself was going to get mad and punch him hard. He didn't count on however, how passed he was truly gonna get with him. When his brother spoke to him, his eyes widen. "Wait, hold on brother. This was just training right? Why are you-"Before Sebas could complete his sentence, he was punch in thr face by a full powered up Ruba. The sounds of his jaw cracking and his teeth scattered. He couldn't scream since his vocal cords were shot from the hit too.

Sebas went through several mountains before skidding on the ground and passing out for a brief moment. When he awoken, he saw his brother apologizing to him as well as his mother standing beside him. He was in terrible pain, but he had some strength to stand. He gave a pat on Rubas shoulder and gave a thumbs up. He also gave him a look and flipped him off, shaking his head as if he's chuckling.

[Teelo]

Teelo was mortified at the level of damage Ruba did on Sebas's face. She then said to Ruba, "You really need to learn control Ruba...you could of easily killed your brother..." She said then went over to Sebas and she saw him get up with shaky legs and she grabbed his arm to steady him and she then saw him give Ruba a thumbs up then flip him off and she shook her hear then said, "Let's get you back to the palace and into the healing tanks...I would give you a senzu bean but you can't chew it like this..."

She then turned to Ruba and said, "One day you are gonna be in for a big surprise when you find out what this life has for you...I hope you learn to control your anger soon..."

[Ruba]

Ruba could see the frustration in Sebas' eyes but knew his brother wouldn't be able to say anything. He gave a sigh as Sebas pat him on the shoulder and gave him a thumbs up. followed by the flipping of the bird. Ruba knew he deserved more but wasn't going to turn this into a pity fest for him. He gave his brother a soft smile that vanished almost immediately as Teelo began to speak. He went inward and sank in on himself, blocking out everyone around him.

He looked to Teelo and then to Sebas before kicking off the ground and flew away. He made it look like he was returning home, but he wasn't. He hid his power level and wrapped back around to the other side of Rothg. He found a quiet spot and landed carefully and tried not to disturb the plants around him. He leaned on a tree and slumped down, and began to replay the events that had just transpired.

[Teelo]

Teelo watched as Ruba's expression went blank as he listened to what she said and then he turned and left. She then turned to Sebas and said, "Lets get you back to the palace and into a healing tank...you look like a mess..." she said then grabbed his arm and threw it over her shoulder and flew him back to the palace.

[Sebas Bloodborne]

Sebas was rather quiet on the account that his jaw was broken, but his thoughts were in full motion. As the two of them flew to the palace, Sebas was thinking to himself, but his mother was able to hear his thoughts. "Well this sucks. Got knocked around and my jaw is broken. Eh, oh well. At least I won so that means I could join everyone on Namek! Oh this is gonna be good!" On his face, there was a indication that he was smiling, but he quickly stopped since he was in pain.

Once they both got to the healing tanks, Sebas once again gave his mother a thumbs up and step into the pod. He closed his eyes and allowed his body to heal.

[Teelo]

When they got back to the palace Teelo walked Sebas to the healing pods. She heard what Sebas said mentally and she said, "Just worry about healing first...ok." She said then watched him get in the tank and close his eyes as the healing waters began to do their job. She then turned and left out of the room and went off to be alone and meditate.

[Sebas Bloodborne]

For 3 long hours, Sebas was in the healing chamber. The entire he was in there, a thought came in his head. How did his mother hear his thoughts like that? Even more so, could that be something that she could teach him? His opportunity would come as the healing chamber beeped and the fluid depleted.

Sebas stepped out and stretched, his body cracking a bit as to chilling in one spot for a few hours. He touches his and feels his mouth fully healed. He smiles and starts getting pumped. He leaves the area and goes off to find his mother.

[Ruba]

Ruba appeared behind Sebas and said,"Your needed on Namek little brother. Hope your ready." Ruba teleported away to Namek with Sebas.
