Final days of Planet Vegeta

[King Cold]

King Cold had been monitoring the activities of his two sons and and he was not liking the bold way Cooler was seeking to challenge this one saiyan just to see if he obtained the legendary super saiyan level of power. He then say a flash as Frieza sought to communicate with him and he picked up a scouter and put it on and opened a communication to Frieza that was secured and he said over the scouter, "Frieza?!...I placed you in charge because your wisdom and strength out does your brother. You should not need my help to figure this out, but if you allow this foolish event to continue in the middle of that village the plan will be blown and we will have every saiyan on the planet after us....watch him and make sure he doesn't ruin these plans!"

[Bardock]

Bardock looked over at Cooler and then he looked at Frieza and he had a feeling of dread over this request. He then glanced back at his home and saw his daughters eyes as he was watching briefly before Gine swept her up and disappeared further in the house. He then looked back at Frieza and said, "Yes...there is a secluded location over the ridge...though you should know if something goes astray then you could have a lot of saiyans to deal with so if you want to see him fight just know I am only willing to do this as long as no one in my village gets hurt..." He said then raised his ki and took flight and lead the way towards the outer ridge that was just outside his village. He then landed and waited for both of them. As he waited he had no idea what trouble he just got himself in but the idea of either of them being so close to his wife or kids made him sick.

[Cooler]

Cooler followed Bardock to the new location keeping a decent distance between them. If his brothers paranoia was true this monkey would be a hurdle, but Bardock didn't seem to believe in his races legend which fueled Cooler with a sick optimism. Cooler landed not far from Bardock and crossed his arms his tail slamming against the ground as he waited for his brothers arrival.

[Frieza]

Frieza smiled once he saw the fear in the Saiyan's eyes. He listened as the Saiyan announced a new location for this so-called fight. He heard the Saiyan's request to leave the village out of the fight and nodded. Frieza looked to Bardock and said, "Very Well Bardock, as the Universal Emeperor, I promise no harm will come to your village or the people in it. Shall we go then?" Frieza watched as Bardock and his brother took flight towards the secluded area. He watched Bardock land followed by his brother, while slammed his tail on the ground with impatience. Frieza hovered not to far off the ground in his pod and gesture for the fight to begin.

[Cooler]

Cooler watches from the corner of his eyes as Frieza motions for them to begin and he smirks as his eyes fall on Bardock. He shot forward and delivered a flurry of punches and kicks at him.

[Bardock]

Bardock was looking at Cooler when Frieza joined them. He heard what Frieza said and he briefly glanced at him out of the corner of his eye but he was focused on Cooler and just as he heard Frieza say go... Cooler came at him with a flurry of punches and kicks and he had to move fast to counter attack. Each hit from Cooler however was like getting hit by a force he couldn't quite process. The damaging blows rattled him after he got hit the last time he had to draw on his ki to gain some strength. He then went back at Cooler with hits of his own. When Cooler went to strike at him again he flipped back out of the way, drew on his ki and shot a blue energy way at him.

[Cooler]

Cooler smirked as Bardock shot a blast of blue ki at him and formed a blade of purple ki around his hand. In a swift downward motion he sliced the blast in half sending both newly made blasts flying in opposite directions.
"Nice try monkey, but your going to have to do better than that if you want to phase me."
Cooler boasted as he pointed a finger forward towards Bardock and fired a beam directly into his knee.

[Bardock]

Bardock thought he had a hit on Cooler but as soon as he fired his beam at him and he saw as Cooler split his beam in half sending them off in opposite directions he had only a moment to register his failure then he got struck in the knee with a beam. The beam ripped through his knee sending him down to the ground. He fell down on one knee and winced in pain. He then looked up at Cooler and he couldn't let this end like this. He had to get back up and face him and as he felt the pain in his leg he also thought of his need to protect Gine, Rasha and Kakarot from these monsters if they decided to go after them. He then got back up but as he rose up the pain in his shattered knee lessened his mobility. His anger then flared as the thought of loosing to someone like Cooler and as his anger flared there was a small hint of gold that flashed over him but was gone just as fast. Then out of desperation he decided to charge at him with hopes that his ki will help him from keeping pressure off his knee.

[Cooler]

Cooler watched as Bardock struggled to return to his feet and sneered at the sheer desperation of the man before him. For a moment a golden flare shot from Bardock and Cooler tensed wondering if the monkeys supposed bedtime story were true for it only to be a momentary thing. Bardock charged towards him and Cooler simply stepped aside and dropped his elbow into the back of Bardock. As the Saiyan bounced off the ground Cooler grabbed him by the back of the head and raised him up above him a cold smile on his face.
"Come now, surely this isn't all you have got. Maybe you do have my baby brother all riled up over Neandertal fire stories."

[Bardock]

As Bardock flew at Cooler he was gonna try another ki attack and as he flew at him he was building up some ki into his hands and was about to use his good leg to bounce off the ground and into the air and launch his attack but as his foot hit the ground Cooler moved in and grabbed him in an iron grip at the back of his neck. The sudden pressure made him wince and he looked at the frost demon. He still had ki built up in his hands but as soon as he was grabbed he lost it in one hand as he grabbed at the hand. He felt the pressure build and as he did his face contorted with the pain and in a desperate act he raised his other hand and released the fading ki at Coolers face in hopes that he would release him.

[Cooler]

The blast fired at point blank range was enough to make Cooler release Bardock and step back, it hurt enough to irritate him and he growled as his ki spiked. Cooler chuckled to himself and placed both hands out to his sides as he began to charge his energy, the monkey was holding back something that was proved by his little golden flash.
"Impressive, you still have some fight in you yet. I'm not surprised my brother has his doubts in your loyalty. Let us end this in glory, behold my final form."
Cooler cackled as he transformed into his final form

[Bardock]

When Bardock released his ki and got Cooler in the face he was suddenly released and fell back down to the ground. The roaring pain in his knee however made his leg feel like jelly and he went straight down onto the knee. The impact sent searing pain up his leg and he clenched his teeth, but he wouldn't drop his guard or his eyes from Cooler. And when he saw him back up and power up to go into his final form his eyes went wide. He then looked over at Frieza who was not far behind him with a wicked smile on his face and as he looked at the two of them and realized the situation he was truly in his anger flaired once again and as it did he drew on his ki and sent a barrage of energy beams with the hopes that something would kill them. As he attacked it felt as if his attempts went unheeded as Cooler ascended into his final form, and as he watched this happen and as he saw the wicked smile on Frieza's face he had a vision of darkness unlike nothing he has ever experienced before and at the center of it was the two brothers and oh how it made his skin prickle with fear. But this only made him try harder, to keep sending ki blasts at the two of them until he felt his energy drain and his attack fizzled to minor ki blasts...

[Cooler]

Cooler lazily swatted the blasts away chuckling to himself as he did. It was time to finish this, and with a powerful kick off Cooler delivered a knee into Bardock's stomach and followed with a double handed energy blast directly into his back. Cooler laughed as the armor shattered and the skin beneath it burned with a sick crackle and Cooler finished it off with a quick elbow to the back sending Bardock to the ground.

[Bardock]

As Bardock attempted to make a put up a good front but as his strength waned he was suddenly met with a powerful knee to his stomach which sent the wind right out of him. It also caused such internal damage that he tasted blood in his mouth. His eyes were wide from the pain and barely a moment after that he felt a white hot burning sensation followed by a momentary feeling of every bone in his back being blasted apart. All he ended up seeing was a massive ki blast come right through his chest as he was struck in the back. Then he was struck by a powerful elbow to the back that sent him into the ground. When he hit the ground his vision started to fade.

[Rasha]

As Rasha was holding close to her mother and as she was she started shaking and she looked up at her mother and then at the door. She knew they left and the impending fear she felt was making her go crazy. She felt her mother try to calm her but the mental connection that she had with her father was filled with so many bad feelings that she started to panic. When she felt the moment he got fatally wounded she started crying out, "NOOO!!!! NO FATHER!!!....NO!!..." She then looked up at her mother and said, "FATHER IS IN TROUBLE!!!...WE NEED TO GO FIND HIM NOW!!!" She said and tears came streaming down her cheeks.

[Frieza]

Frieza watched the fight between the monkey and his prick of an older brother with intense interest. He saw a flash of gold that quickly disappeared from around Bardock, but wasn't sure what it was. He watched his brother go all out on this low class monkey and scoffed. Why waste that much energy on a lowly monkey? He watched as the saiyan fell and began to laugh, "Ho ho ho ho ho ho. Well done brother, now return to my ship I have another matter to attend to." Frieza began to levitate and flew off towards the Saiyan Palace, home to the King Monkey, Vegeta the 3rd.

[Cooler]

Cooler heard his brothers wishes and grunted then shot off towards the ship. Frieza was pathetic to think these insects could ever amount to their level of power and it infuriated him. Cooler swiftly made it to the mother ship and landed atop as the entrance port opened for him to go through.

[Gine]

Gine was holding Rasha close to her and as the voices outside got quiet she started to feel Rasha shake. She was however scared to go look but when Rasha started to freak out in earnest and start to cry out she looked at her daughter and knew she had to trust her. She knelt down in front of her daughter and she asked, "Do you know where he is??..." and Rasha looked at her with tears in her eyes and said, "I can take you...I saw it..."

Gine's eyes went wide and she said, "No...I need you to watch your brother..." she said then watched as Rasha frowned up and she said , "No he is safe but father is not and I know where he is!"

Gine watched as her daughter showed an amazing amount of courage and determination and she said, "Ok...take me to him..."

[Rasha]

Rasha had tears in her eyes as she pleaded with her mother to allow her to take her to where her father was and when she gave in and agreed she grabbed her mother by her hand and pulled her out the door and then took flight and headed in the direction she knew her father was. As they headed there they saw two ki flashes as Frieza and Cooler left the area. Rasha paused in the air with her mother right next to her as they saw Frieza heading towards the palace and Cooler heading up and out of sight. When they were gone she tried to feel her fathers presence and what she felt startled her because it was fading. She then grabbed her mothers hand and they shot off towards the ridge where they left from and as they approach Rasha saw her father laying on his stomach on the ground and she saw an ugly hole in his back and his armor shattered because of it.

[Gine]

When Gine spotted Bardock laying on the ground she had the worse sickening feeling ever. She immediately flew down and landed next to him and Rasha landed on the other side. She dropped to her knees as she saw how bad he looked. Tears began to flow as she thought she just lost her husband. She then saw him breathing shallow and she went into a panic and she looked at Rasha and said, "GO GET HELP!!..."

When Rasha didn't move she wanted to get mad but she saw how her daughter looked at her she said, "What?..."

Rasha looked at her mother and she said, "I promised father i wouldnt reveal this...but i can help you but you will have to look like you are taking the burden of his weight...i will help take some of it with my gifts..."

"What are you talking about??..." Gine asked

"Grab his arm and trust me..." Rasha said and Gine looked at her daughter and wanted to ask more but the situation didn't give time to question. She theN grabbed Bardocks arm and went to pick him up and as she did she suddenly felt him grow lighter in weight and she looked at Rasha in awe then they took off. She then said to Rasha, "We need to get him to the healing tank and hope we make it in time...."

They then rushed back home and when they got home Gine was able to help get Bardock ready to go in the healing tank. Once in the tank and she could see him starting to go through the process of healing she dropped to her knees, grabbed Rasha and hugged her tight and said, "I don't understand but you saved his life. If your dad knew this ability was a danger then I am glad you shared it now because if it wasn't for you I wouldn't of been able to carry him home alone."

[Rasha]

Rash heard what her mother said and tears were in her eyes and she hugged her mother and as she did she had a terrible vision of death all around her and she trembled and looked at her mother and said, "Something so bad is gonna happen..." But she couldn't bring herself to say what exactly it was because it was over whelming in her head.

[Narrator]

As Frieza and his family plot the destruction of Planet Vegeta, three days pass while Bardock and King Vegeta heal. Both make a full recovery as the rest of the saiyan race, excluding a few who deny the call to return home, have come home to Planet Vegeta. The final day of the planet and the saiyans have arrived. What will befall Bardock and King Vegeta?

[Rasha]

Rasha had been sitting close to her fathers healing tank for the last three days, not wanting to go very far...not wanting to leave him unprotected. She had been sitting there watching over him when she started to hear the return of ships. More ships than she has ever seen at one time all returning home. This gave her very bad feelings and as she sat next to her fathers tank she started having visions of terrible things. These visions left her in tears and she closed her eyes and in desperation she began talking to her father and sending him the visions she was having in hopes it would encourage him to wake soon.

She then looked up as her mother walked in and she had tears in her eyes as she sat huddled next to his tank. She was about to get up when a beep could be heard and she looked at the tank as the water in it began to bubble and drain away. As the water dropped she could see her father start to stir.

[Bardock]

As Bardock was resting in the healing tank he felt his body healing. He was also in a state of dreams and during this time he started receiving images from Rasha without knowing it was coming his daughter. He then started to feel a change as the watered started to empty and he was coming back to. When he ended up waking back up and was released from the healing tank he stepped out and fell down to his hand and knee. He then felt as Gine wrapped a blanket over his back as the chill in the air was pretty heavy. He then looked up at his wife and at Rasha and he stood up. he was wearing only black briefs but he didn't care how it seemed. He them reached over and pulled both Gine and Rasha over to him and hugged them both. He then looked at Gine and said, "We have to get Kakarot and Rasha off this planet...and we have to do it now."

He then reached down and picked up Rasha and said to her while holding her, "It was you that showed me those visions wasn't it?..." And he could see the tears in her eyes and he wiped them away and he said, "I need you to be strong...I need you to help your mom. Things are gonna get rough here and I need you to watch over your baby brother...he is gonna need your help." He said then paused to let the words sink in and he said, "Do you think you can be strong for me?..."

[Rasha]

When Rasha looked at her father when he woke from the healing tank and when he got to his feet and pulled both her and her mother to him and hugged them then told her mother that they needed to get both her and Kakarot off the planet. He then went and picked her up andRasha looked at her father and she could see in his eyes he got her messages and when he spoke to her about being strong she gave a nod. She then heard him ask her to watch over Kakarot and she said, "I will...I promise."

Rasha didn't want to let her father go but he put her down and she went into the other room where her baby brother was still in his incubator pod. She put her hand on the glass as she looked at him.

[Gine]

Gine waited for Rasha to leave the room before she turned back to Bardock and said, "How are we gonna send both of them off this planet?...and what is going on??..."

Bardock looked at Gine and said, "That fight I think was a test...they wanted to see something,,,I don't know if they saw what they wanted but while I was healing I had terrible feelings..."

Gine looked at him and said, "It has been odd...all the saiyans that have been out on missions have been called back in...it feels ominous..." she then paused then said, "Why did they choose you for this so called test?"

[Bardock]

Bardock held Gine by the arms and looked at her and said, "I need for you to go and secure two pods...we will be sending off Kakarot tonight while everyone sleeps and as soon as his pod clears we will send Rasha to follow him...I am gonna be going out to scout around and see if my suspicion is correct." He then stopped and looked into her eyes and said, "I will figure this out...I promise..." he said and he pulled her in to hug her. He then gave a kiss in her forehead and then pushed her back and said, "Get the kids ready."

Bardock them went and got dressed in new clothes as his old ones were ruined by the last fight. As he dressed he couldn't help but constantly see the ugly smirk on Frieza's face and the ominous presence of his brother Cooler. This gave him goose bumps and made him question a lot of what was going on, but as he thought of things it all started to feel like a sadistic puzzle of doom but he had to make sure. As he finished securing his armor and putting on his wrist guards and head band he took a deep breath then walked out.

When he stepped out of his house he could see ships returning and puzzled faces on his fellow saiyans as they questioned why. He then patrolled the village and listened to the gossip of the locals as they spoke of the unusual commands. He spend most of the day amongst his fellow villagers talking with them and hearing what they had to say but he didn't speak up because even though he was strong he was still considered a low class warrior and most of the saiyans take ranks very serious and look down on him.

As the sun set Bardock was standing on a ridge that overlooked his village and the near by palace and he could see all the ships that returned and he had such a terrible knot in his stomach as he looked at what he could only call a gathering for slaughter. He then returned home to find Gine holding Kakarot in her arms and Rasha clinging close to her. He then approached them and he looked at his youngest son in a way he knew he should of long ago. He then put his hand to his son's chin and had him look up at him and he said, "I hope your future is long and fulfilling...I am so sorry you were born with such terrible odds, but you are my son and my spitting image and if you take after me you will become someone special."

He then looked at Gine and said, "Did you secure the pods?..."

[Gine]

Gine looked at Bardock and heard what he said to Kakarot and the reality of sending him away hit hard and the tears came and she said, "I was able to grab one, but I also scoped out a second one but couldn't move both by myself without alerting the guards...I have his hidden outside of the village about a mile out where it doesn't get patrolled...once we send him off I can retrieve the second pod for Rasha..." She said then paused then said with tears in her eyes, "I don't understand why we have to do this??...what about the training recording in the pods...will that change him??...he is so young."

[Bardock]

Bardock listened to Gine and said, "We will have to make do, but we have to do this...the danger is just too real right now and if we want our kids to live this is the only chance they have." He said then pulled her close then said, "We have to be strong for our kids...." He then looked down at Rasha who was watching them. He then passed Kakarot off to her and he said, "How about the two of you get ready...you can help him with his saiyan armor...and you remember where we put yours right?...I am gonna gather some supplies and help your mom."

[Rasha]

Rasha looked up at her father as he turned to speak to her and when he passed Kakarot down to her she took her baby brother and said, "Yes sir..." She then turned and went to the back room where they kept their armor at and she sat Kakarot down on the chair near her and went and got his armor our. She then looked at him and could see the confusion in his eyes and her heart ached for him and she went over to him and said, "It will be OK...no matter where you go I will find you...I promise..." He then gave her a smile and she gave him a hug. She then pulled him back and said, "Lets get this on you...it will help protect you..." She then helped him get dressed and even though he was only three he was very smart. When she finished with his she went to go get her armor and she pulled it all out and looked at it. She remembered the day her father asked how she wanted her armor and she had told him like his but she wanted the colors different.

She stared at her armor and for the first time she got into it and liked how it felt. She could see Kakarot watching her dress and she smiled at him then went over when she was done and grabbed him by the hand and the two of them walked back out in the living area. She could see both of her parents grabbing food bags for both of them and heard them both talking. She then walked up to them with Kakarot holding her hand. She then said, "We are ready..."

[Bardock]

Bardock turned when he heard Rasha return ready to go and when he looked over and saw both of them in saiyan armor he was made to pause a moment as he looked at how brave they both look. He then said, "Come on...we have to leave now before our activity alerts others...I need you two to be quiet as we leave the village." He then watched as both of them gave nods. He then picked up both the kids, one in each hand while Gine grabbed the food bags and they left and both him and Gine took to the air and flew off as fast as they could to get out of the village unseen. Once they got to the desert lands beyond the village they landed and he watched as Gine uncovered the hidden pod. He then put both of the kids down and he opened the pod and placed Kakarot in it along with his food supply. He then looked at Gine and said, "We need to go a bit further before we launch it...come with me I know the right place." He then picked up the pod with Kakarot inside. He then watched as Gine picked up Rasha and they took off for the proper launch location.

[Gine]

Gine was so torn up by what they were doing and as they moved heading to the launch location she said, "I don't understand...why this sudden show of compassion?...this is so unlike Saiyan men to care so much about their children..."

[Bardock]

As they traveled to the safe location Bardock heard what Gine said and he said, "I don't know...I spent my life destroying stuff and doing terrible things I would like for once do something good for a change..." He said then they ended up getting to the location and they stopped. He then put down the pod and opened the hatch and set the pod to take off and head to a planet called Earth. He then looked at his son and his son reached out a hand and he allowed him to place his hand onto his and the touch made him sigh. He then said to Kakarot, "Be strong my son..." As he was about to close the hatch Gine stepped up and said, "If we are wrong we will come and get you." then the hatch closed and the three of them looked in the glass and he watched as Rasha put her hand on the glass and Kakarot placed his hand where hers was and there was tears in his eyes. They then stepped back as the pod got ready to launch.

[King Vegeta]

King Vegeta was flying as fast as he could to get to Bardock. He was looking over the village and saw Bardock with Gine, Rasha and his youngest son. He hovered above them as he let the family have their moment. As he followed behind them, he saw them approach a saiyan pod. He smiled as he saw Bardock and Gine place their son in the pod and launch it. He slowly descended as the pod took off.

He looked over at Rasha and gave a nod. He slowly approached Bardock and Gine and said, "It seems we had similiar ideas. I sent Devlin off planet 3 days ago. I heared you were attack by Cooler..." he paused and clenched his fist. He looked back to Bardock and continued to say, "Frieza came to me and told me about the fight... then he tried to kill me in my own throne room! We have to stop them Bardock!"

[Bardock]

Bardock watched as they launched off Kakarot and he could feel both Gine and Rasha cry. He looked on both sad and angry at being forced to do such a thing. He watched as the pod went out of sight and as it did he heard the voice of his king behind them. He then turned and saw King Vegeta and he had a slight moment of fear for doing such a thing without permission but when he looked at his King he could see only a recognition of a similar task. He then heard what he said and he responded, "Yes...I have been having real bad feelings over the last couple weeks...it wasn't long before we got a visit from both Cooler and Frieza. That lead to a confrontation that almost killed me...I have to send off my kids. I just sent off Kakarot but now I need to get Rasha off..." He said as he looked at his old friend and sire.

He then heard him say that Frieza almost killed him. He looked at him and he said, "They are up to something and I think we are being fashioned for extermination...why else would they call everyone back home." He then gave a deep sigh and he looked down at his wife and daughter then said, "Allow me to get my family to safety and I will go with you to end this nightmare..."

[Turles]

A very familiar presence heads for the planet Vegeta.......To say im hoping for minimal regret returning to this cage in planet form is folly, i know this is it.... the saiyan race is at its last it feels like close and i know you feel it as well my twin.. my brother Bardock ! Turles reflects as he closes his eyes to speak to his brothers mind via telepathy... Ahh there you are B long time no check in....i can only offer the fact that beyond the speed of light i got the absolution beamin your way as an apology , but hey you know which of the two is the shit brother after all Turles speaks directly into the mind of his twin sibling the saiyan in desparation for the salvation of his family, Bardock!

[Bardock]

Bardock paused as he got a mental message from Turles. It took him off guard cause they hadn't spoken in a while in this manor and it was perfect timing for him to come now and he responded back mentally, "You have no idea how perfect your timing is!...hurry up and come to my location I need your help now...trouble is brewing and I need you to help get Rasha and hopefully a few other saiyans off the planet ASAP..."

[Turles]

A feeling of warmth came over Turles at his twins reaction to his call wow Bardock can it be your happy to hear from.. me of all people this is certainly a first…Wait Trouble brewing, save As many saiyans as I can what the hell is happening there I’ve been out of the reach of frieza and the frieza force for some time ,I was supposed to on a reconnaissance mission.,, something about some orbs that grant wishes! You know me tho B I ain’t no body’s slave does this have something to do with him… frieza I mean nevermind that I’ve been working on something but have had little success ; however you need me now and I can’t think of a better person to help me test out this ability I’ve picked up…Turles focused on his brothers brain waves and begins to count down 3, 2 , 1 already here Turles vanished from the The absolution and appears directly in front of Bardock

[Bardock]

Bardock listened to Turles speak in his head and as much as he wanted to catch up on lost time. He was about to answer back when Turles suddenly showed up out of no where. Both Bardock and Rasha jumped and Gine yelped while startled.

Bardock looked at Turles and said, "I don't know how you did that but you startled the crap out of us...thanks..." He then took a deep breath and said, "You showed up just in time...Frieza, King Cold, and Cooler are up to something. They called back all the saiyans and we think they are planning an extermination and I need you to help us out....I need you to take Rasha and Gine and get off this planet...there is no time to argue plans." He said as he looked at his brother. He then said, "I am gonna go with King Vegeta and try and stop them after gathering some forces..."

[Turles]

Turles stands in front of his brother whom he had not seen in quite a few ages… I should a figured you’d be the one to inspire me to perform this technique…I have been through some entanglements…. Oh right sorry Turles stops himself mid sentence and hugs Bardock tightly, Turles begins to speak into his brothers mind again!!! Sorry B you know I always ramble but not this time, I will help you I will do exactly as you say for once in my life tho I know as you do … we won’t get to catch up. Turles isn’t aware of Rashas telepathic abilities a tear falls from Turles eye as he lets go of his brother and turns to his niece and brothers wife and beckons I have a safe quick way to get two saiyans directly to the absolution we must go!!!
