The Open Challenge, Tournament against the God of Universe 13

[Devlin Chikimaru]

All across Universe 7 and locations where Devlin once resided Holo messages were sent to the warriors of the respected Universes. An open tournament was to be held at The Arc Space Station, one where there would be one consistent opponent, Devlin Chikimaru. The rules were simple, the only way to win was by K.O. and Ring Out, as many as two fighters could be in the ring against him at one point. At the Arc Devlin stood in the center of the ring awaiting his challengers. The invitations were sent to the Son Family, the Vegeta Family, Whis and Beerus, along with Rasha Ruba Escar Sebas and Reyzen.

Ruba recieved Devlin;s holo message that informed him of a tournament he was holding on the Arc Space Station and a smile crept across his face. Ruba crushed the holo disc in his hand and focused on Devlin's location. He found him in the middle of the Arc and quickly teleported over to his brother. He looked around at the technological marvel until his eyes fell on Devlin. He smirked as he walked into the ring and said, "You issue a challenge to your king and your superior. Tell me Devlin, Why hold a tournament like this when you know only I am crazy enough to challenge you? To see if anyone else has the nerve to challenge you, or to make sure everyone felt included?"
