  • History collides! The God vs the Descendant

Sebas was taking care of his daughter back on Earth. Since discovering his new form as well as realizing that he still couldn't beat Rasha, Sebas began training once more to push him further in order to combat Yamoshi, wherever the hell he was. After a couple of months of training, Sebas decided to test himself to see how far he had come. He couldn't fight Rasha or Polar since to him, they were way out of his league. There was Devlin and the last time they fought, he almost died. However that was 12 years ago, and Devlin was under control of an evil irate potato. Surely this time would be different.

He brings his daughter with him to Azurath and let's her go play with her grandma Teelo. When she leaves, Sebas head to the door that leads down to Devlins lab and knocks on it. "Hey Devlin, you alive down there? I want a rematch."

Devlin was off in the mountains studying wildlife when his lab sensor went off and he looked at his gauntlet seeing Sebas at his door and sighed softly to himself, he closed his notebook and teleported behind Sebas and cleared his throat.
“I would greatly appreciate you not entering the laboratories it’s been a great many years since I’ve had to Sebas Proof them so they are a bit… exposed at the moment. What can I help you with Sebas?”
Devlin said plainly as he looked at Sebas with a cocked eyebrow as he waited for him to turn and answer.

Sebas waited for Devlin to come out from his lab and stand outside the door. He doesn't go into Devlins lab after the many MANY times he accidently caused an explosion in there. In fact, he was curious if his outline was still there on one of the walls. He then heard someone cleared their throat and when he turned around, he saw Devlin standing there. As he looked at him, he noticed that something seemed.... different. The last true time he saw Devlin was their fight on Earth. Even during the events of Rubas department, he was in an heightened state of anger and confusion, so his memories was all over the place. Looking at him, he could see that his hair grow larger and all the scars that were on him were just... gone.It was simply off putting. The only reason be was able to recognize him was the Chikimaru tattoos on his body.

When being asked what he wanted, he crossed his arms, keeping a brave face despite the fact he wasnt sure ehat to say. "Well, I know it's been a while since I've started training once more and so far, it seems I'm making some strides. But I want to test myself. So if it's ok with you, I want to spar with you. Or in our case, a rematch."

Devlin listened as Sebas spoke inquiring a sparring match between them and smirked as he quickly corrected himself and said rematch, Devlin pulled his reading spectacles off and cocked an eyebrow as his eyes narrowed.
“You came all the way here for a rematch? You really are a glutton for punishment aren’t you Sebas? But okay, I’ll indulge you and your intent on a rematch. Since you are on my home turf we shall settle this in the Pit, I just hope you’re ready to be intimate with the dirt again.”
Devlin said and turned around to head towards his colosseum.

Sebas waited for a response from Devlin. He kept his arms crossed so he could still his nerves. When Devlin agreed to the rematch, Sebas started to follow him to the coliseum. "I seem to recall that at one point that you and the ground were very intimate when i beat you and Ruba all those years ago. Don't worry, I won't go down as easily as last time if you're really thinking that."

Devlin slowly walked to the Pit as he listened to Sebas talk and he chuckled softly to himself, Sebas truly never changed.
“You’re awfully cocky for someone with a 1-1 ratio against me, don’t let it get to your head Sebas it will become your downfall. That’s my kingly advice for you, ah bask in the massive glory of The Pit.”
Devlin said as he pointed up at the obsidian black colosseum in front of him.

Sebas nodded as he continued to follow Devlin. "I can't help it. Challenging Rasha, and now you. I just can't help myself getting excited over the fact it seems that I seem to be catching up with you two. It just feels like my body craves for a battle." He sees the coliseum and his eyes lit up with wonder. "Now this is awesome! This is the coolest building I've ever seen here! Did you build this yourself?!" He looks back at Devlin, his child like mind in full swing.
