Barrens of Rothg

[Ruba]

The fall of Rothg the Conqueuer and Azurath's 3rd moon

[Teelo]

Teelo was working on a few things when one of her savants came to her and told her that Ruba wanted to meet her on Rothg and she gave a nod then they went to Rothg and she waited for Ruba's arrival to find out what he wanted.

[Ruba]

Ruba flew quickly once he was away from his people and castle. He landed on the planet as his ki and body were swelling. He looked over and saw Teelo already waiting for him. He looked to her and said, "Mother, will you train me? My emotions are out of wack and I need you to help me work out my frustration... Please." Ruba did his best to bow his head but his body was beginning to tense as he tried to. His body was wanting to fight and lash out, but he wasn't going to hurt Teelo again.

[Teelo]

Teelo was waiting for Ruba to show up. She knew when he asked her to meet him on Rothg it meant he needed either some training or he was having issues he needed to get out. When she saw him arrive she gave a sigh because she saw he was having a need to work out some issues. She was glad she came prepared and as she looked at him she said, "Very well...prepare yourself..." She said and drew out both of her swords and charged them with her Ki and waited for him to acknowledge her command.

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as his mother prepared herself for the sparring match. He took a deep breath and materialized a great sword made from his ki. He held it strongly in his hands and looked towards Teelo. His smile slowly faded as his anger over took him. He charged at Teelo blindly, swinging his sword down on her.

[Teelo]

Teelo saw as he formed his great sword out of his ki and as he did she could see him loose himself to his anger and she gave a sigh then she moved with speed and agility as she swung up both of her swords and crossed them as she caught his in the V of the swords. She then had a moment to look into his face and saw his eyes looking blank. She then charged her ki through her blades and as it traveled to the very tips of the blade it exploded out and caused Ruba to be pushed back. She then went into a series of impressive moves and with each swing of her blades she released ki slashes he had to fend off or get sliced. This would cause him to either be more attentive or get slashed in a hundred new ways.

[Ruba]

Ruba lost in his rage, was blown away by an explosion Teelo's blades caused. He was launched back by the force of the explosion and let out a roar as he charged her once more. He was then hit by two of Teelo's energy slashes. He tried dodging the rest, but was having a hard time. He decided to let his anger go and brought his mind under control. He then started to parry the rest of the slashes with his greatsword. He thentook a deep breath and changed the sword into a spear, and tossed it at Teelo.

[Teelo]

Teelo saw as Ruba regained proper focus and as he started to parry the energy slashes she smiled then watched as he regain full concentration and switch his great sword to a spear and threw it at her. She was able to track it with ease and as she saw it coming at her she flipped up into the air and spun around and double sliced through the spear causing it to split into two energy beams and explode on either side of them. She then finished her flip and landed on her feet with skill then spun around and released a duel slash that traveled out in a wave right at him. She then said, "I see I got your attention now..."

[Ruba]

Ruba watched as his mother split his spear in half. He knew it wasn't going to be easy to defeat her, but out of the 210 matches they have had, they were equal at 105 wins each. He smiled, but was caught off guard by the duel slash sent by her. He timed his evasion perfectly and backflipped over it. He landed and as he did, he materialized another ki greatsword. He smiled as his mother spoke and said, "Yes you have. Shall we continue this match? I'm eager to get my 106 win."

Ruba then charged in and and clashed his sword with his mother's. They began to exchange strikes, each one of them parrying each other. They sat with their swords clashed for a second before he jumped back and began to spin his sword in the air. After spinning it he launched a large ki slash at his mother. As the slash traveled he followed closely behind it.

[Teelo]

Teelo gave a laugh at her son's eagerness to earn another trophy mark. She then saw him recollect himself and reform his great sword. The two of them exchanged blows as their ki blades clashed with speed and precision that would send anyone on edge if they watched the fight.

The fight was picking up and as they clashed Teelo could see he was more and more with controlled precision and as they clashed. He sent out a set ki slashs that made moving to avoid it hard. She was able to deflect one of the slashed but then the one slash she missed caused her to bend back like an insane limbo move. She then swept back up and as she did she did a 360 and jumped into the air and kicked him across the face then landed back on the ground...

[Ruba]

Ruba was following closely behind his attacks, but wasn't expecting her to dodge so efficiently. He looked up and watch as she flipped around and kicked him in the face. He slid back a bit and rubbed his jaw. He smiled and looked at his mother and charged once more. He and her met with their swords crossed in a stalemate. They broke away and began to fight with incredible speed, each parrying each other.

Ruba got the upper hand and kicked his mother in the gut launching her towards a nearby mountain. Before she had time to recover, Ruba through his greatsword at her and manipulated the blade into multiple daggers that would pin her to the mountain. After the smoke cleared, Teelo could be seen restrained to the mountain by the daggers, but none had pierced her skin. Ruba walked over and manifested another greatsword and held it under Teelo's chin. He smiled and said, "Do you yield mother?"

[Teelo]

The fight carried on and as it did she saw Ruba regain all his attentive senses. They both had a great sparring session and as things were progressing Teelo was caught by a kick to her stomach. It sent her flying and as she hit a mountain side she was suddenly pinned by ki daggers to the mountain. She barely had time to look up when Ruba was right in her face with another one of his great swords to her chin. She looked him in the eyes and then smiled and said, "Fine...I will give you this one." She said then was released.

When she got back to her feet she put her swords away and looked at Ruba. She then said, "You really need to learn how to maintain control in the wrathful form you have...though I can say you are getting better at using it..."

[Ruba]

Ruba listened as his mother yielded to him. He began to remove the daggers that pinned her and helped her stand. He listened as she instructed and praised his progress. He bowed his head and said, "My apologies mother. After hearing what Sebas went through as a slave, it triggered a feeling I hadn't felt since my incident almost 13 years ago. I'll do better to keep my emotions in check. We should returned to the banquet... I think it's time we ask Rasha the question I've been wanting to ask the past 14 years." Ruba grabbed his mother's arm and flew with her back down to Azurath to rejoin the others.

[Teelo]

Teelo allowed Ruba help her get free from his daggers. When she was on her feet she looked up at him and said, "You do have anger issues but I am not upset. You just need more training to control it." She then smiled and said, "Yes...now lets return and talk to Rasha."

She then allowed Ruba to fly them back to Azurath.
