[King Kai]

The home of King Kai. Located at the end of Snake Way.

[Narrator]

Arrival of Rasha:

As Rasha dealt with her emotions and continued on her journey, she looked forward and kept moving. She was concerned for her brothers and why a Familiar face returned to save her. As she continued she felt her sorrow fully. She kept running and running and soon enough she reached the end of Snake Way. As she looked up she saw a very small green planet in the distance, and sense an overwhelming ki. What could be waiting for Rasha on the supposed planet of King Kai?

[Rasha]

When Rasha finally reached the end of snake way. She glanced back and looked at the forever long stretch of snake way. She then looked up and saw the planet which she thought at first was far away but then realized the planet was actually very small. She then detected a ki that was so immense and familiar she had to pause a moment. She then used the ki as a way to focus and she instant transmitted up to the surface of the planet.

As soon as she came out of the instant transmission she was momentarily over whelmed by the increased gravity. She then focused her body onto the change in gravity and was soon able to gave some control of her body. She then looked around and saw the short stature occupant of the planet. She then saw Ruba and he was in the middle of training. She walked up but kept a short distance as she watched him. She was silent as she looked at Ruba and felt a familiar bond to him she couldn't explain.

She then finally came to herself and she walked over and she said, "Hello...you must be King Kai?...."

[King Kai]

When Rasha finally reached the end of snake way. She glanced back and looked at the forever long stretch of snake way. She then looked up and saw the planet which she thought at first was far away but then realized the planet was actually very small. She then finally came to herself and she walked over and she said, "Hello...you must be King Kai?...."

King was observing Ruba's training as he saw the young woman appear in front of them. He knew who she was thanks to Ruba's explanation on the incident a month and a half ago. He turned to her, "Yes you must be Rasha. Ruba has told me about you. It seems your working on control hmm?" he watched as she recoiled from the comment and let out a sigh. "I also know Kami sent you here to train with me for your upcoming fight with the other two saiyans heading to Earth now. I will train you, but you have to tell me a joke. I can't train anyone who doesn't have a sense of humor." King Kai smiled and began to laugh in his hands. He then straighten up as Ruba approached them.

[Ruba]

Ruba was in the middle of doing some shadow boxing when he sense Rasha's ki approach. He decided to finish the exercise before approaching. He overheard everything King Kai had said and approached. He looked at Rasha and said, "Ah I see you finally made it Rasha. Was your journey well?" He smiled at her as he waited for her response.

[Rasha]

Rasha looked at King Kai and she said, "Yes sir...I am trying...though it comes with some challenges." she said knowing he was referring to her control of her abilities. She then heard him reaquest a joke out of her and she paused since humor was not something she dealt with too often, but she did think of a funny joke and said, "Ok....What do you call a parade of rabbits hopping backwards?....A receding hare-line." she said and gave a giggle.

She then looked over at Ruba and said, "I made it here...but I am worried about Raditz and Kakarot...I ended up knocking them off of snake way when Raditz got me mad." She said with a bit of a frown.

[King Kai]

Rasha looked at King Kai and she said, "Yes sir...I am trying...though it comes with some challenges." she said knowing he was referring to her control of her abilities. She then heard him reaquest a joke out of her and she paused since humor was not something she dealt with too often, but she did think of a funny joke and said, "Ok....What do you call a parade of rabbits hopping backwards?....A receding hare-line." she said and gave a giggle.

King Kai was stunned for a moment and then began to laugh hysterically. He laughed for awhile before saying to Rasha, "Well it looks like we have a good comedian here... I really like that joke, I'm going to add it to my list. Well done Rasha." He continued to snicker and laugh for awhile longer.

[Ruba]

Ruba saw the worry in Rashas face and comfort her by patting her on her head, "It's alright I'm sure they will make their way here soon. If Raditz is anything like he was back then, he'll figure a way out." He then listened to Rasha tell her joke to King Kai and couldn't help, but laugh. It was a well thought out joke and he felt she was mocking her brother's hair.

"That's a good joke Rasha," he said, "Much better than mine I think." He looked at King Kai who had just finished laughing and gestured him to tell his joke. "Alright here was my joke... hope you like it... What is a skeleton's favorite snack...? Spare ribs!"

[Rasha]

Rasha watched as her joke made King Kai start laughing and she gave a smile as she watched him walk off. She then said to herself out loud, "I guess he liked my joke..."

She then looked at Ruba as he told her his joke and she said, "That sounds a bit morbid...but funny..." she said with a laugh. She then got silent and then said, "I have never let my anger get the better of me like that...I don't even remember what I done but I feel sick in my stomach at the thought of hurting them just because I got mad..."

[Ruba]

Rasha watched as her joke made King Kai start laughing and she gave a smile as she watched him walk off. She then said to herself out loud, "I guess he liked my joke..."

She then looked at Ruba as he told her his joke and she said, "That sounds a bit morbid...but funny..." she said with a laugh. She then got silent and then said, "I have never let my anger get the better of me like that...I don't even remember what I done but I feel sick in my stomach at the thought of hurting them just because I got mad..."

As Ruba began to explain the situation his knuckles went white as he gripped his fists tightly. He stared at the ground and continued his explanation. "Teelo only has two of her four arms now because of me, and yet she still treats me like family. She saved me." Ruba then lifted his head back up and looked at Rasha, "So when I sense your ki going crazy I knew I had to save you. I didn't see your brothers there when I got there, but I'm sure they are fine. We would only be so lucky if Raditz bit the bullet, but I know they are still alive. I can sense them right now."

Ruba stood up and extended his hand towards Rasha, "If anything, I'm sure they will escape from Hell and be here within another month and a half. So until then lets focus on getting you trained. I'm sure that will ease your mind."

[King Kai]

King Kai watched as Ruba and Rasha were having a tender moment and excused himself. He entered his home and began cooking up a storm. He made enough food to, hopefully, feed two saiyans until their bellies were full. He heard the conversation coming to a close and yellednout of his house, "Grubs on get.your butts to the picnic table of you don't get to eat!!!"

[Rasha]

Ruba liked at Rasha as she explained her feelings and couldn't help but feel useless to her. Then he remembered the day he lost control as well. "Listen Rasha, your not the only one who has the same issue. I've lost control countless times, and every time I did Teelo was there for me." Ruba grabbed her and lead her to the bench on the side of the house. "Teelo has even been harmed by me in those states of mind and it sickens me to know I was the cause."

As Ruba began to explain the situation his knuckles went white as he gripped his fists tightly. He stared at the ground and continued his explanation. Rasha heard what Ruba was saying and she said, "I have always kept my abilities locked away...after Planet Vegeta was destroyed and I was sent away I had not found a reason to really stretch my abilities...though now it seems i need to so i can learn to control it better..." she said and paused as she thought on what he said about having someone there for her.

"...I usually don't talk about this with anyone, but i too had someone there for me...he still is but he has given me space to help my brothers...I think you remember him, he was with me when we first met..." she said then heard King Kai speak up and she said back at Ruba, "If you are willing to train with me I would like that... though i'm not sure we can train here." She said and stood up.

Her stomach then grumbled and she said, "Can we eat first?..."

[Ruba]

Rasha heard what Ruba was saying and she said, "I have always kept my abilities locked away...after Planet Vegeta was destroyed and I was sent away I had not found a reason to really stretch my abilities...though now it seems i need to so i can learn to control it better..." she said and paused as she thought on what he said about having someone there for her.

"...I usually don't talk about this with anyone, but i too had someone there for me...he still is but he has given me space to help my brothers...I think you remember him, he was with me when we first met..." she said then heard King Kai speak up and she said back at Ruba, "If you are willing to train with me I would like that... though i'm not sure we can train here." She said and stood up.

Her stomach then grumbled and she said, "Can we eat first?..."

Ruba listened to Rasha and acknowledged her fears. He then informed her, "If your worried about causing damage to the planet, don't. King Kai can make us a makeshift area to fight a little ways from the planet." He smiled at her a truly genuine smile as he reassured her.

He then heard her mention the strange fellow who was with her when they first met. He smiled and exclaimed, "Oh you mean Whis? Yes I remember him. Actually he was the one who escorted me here to train with King Kai. He also told me I had to take care of you once you arrived. So he may have told you he was giving you space, but I'm sure he is watching right now." He helped her up off the bench and walked her over towards the table King Kai had set for lunch.

He looked at her and help her sit, being as much of a gentleman as he could and then went to sit across from her. He then stated, "Your in for a treat King Kai's food is some of the best I've ever eaten. So enjoy yourself." Then Ruba began to devour all of the food in front of him.

[King Kai]

King Kai had just finished setting the table when his two pupils had came to the table. He was going to get them some drinks when he heard Ruba's complement. He smiled and wiped his nose as he responded, "Well when I have people come to train with me, I take care of them. After all that is the job of a teacher am I right? you two enjoy the meal I'll go grab is something to drink." King Kai left and went to his fridge. He found some orange juice and brought it back out to the two and poured them each a glass. He then watched as Ruba devoured his part of the food, but noticed Rasha seemed distant. "Something wrong? I promise it's good food."

[Rasha]

Ruba listened to Rasha and acknowledged her fears. He then informed her, "If your worried about causing damage to the planet, don't. King Kai can make us a makeshift area to fight a little ways from the planet." He smiled at her a truly genuine smile as he reassured her.

[King Kai]

As Rasha walked over to the picnic table and sat down she said, "Ha ha ha...I guess I shouldn't be surprised he brought you here...and yes he is always close by...or at least easy to contact."

She then sat down and looked over the food. She was only silent a moment then started to eat. She then heard King Kai speak to her and she looked up and said, "It's nothing Sir...I just miss seeing a good meal...thank you."

King Kai smiled at Rasha and responded, "It's fine I know your probably still worried about your brothers, but don't worry. They'll figure a way out of Hell I'm sure. Just enjoy the food, then we will discuss your training and the partner that will come to it." He then sat down and began to eat his own food as a monkey approached the table and grabbed a bushel of bananas at the corner and began to eat them.

King Kai looked to the the monkey and smiled, "Oh let me introduce you to Bubbles my pet monkey," as he gestured to the small primate eating bananas, "He's a really party animal... especially when he goes... BANANAS!!!" King Kai began to laugh hysterically as he was amused by his own pun. Then he continued to eat as the monkey walked over to the nearest tree to get away from the laughing King Kai.

[Ruba]

Ruba had just finished eating as King Kai told his pun. He laughed a little as he excused himself from the table as he went back over towards his training spot. He stood for a few moments and then began to power up. His ki swelling and expanding outward. His tail unfurled from under his sash. The hairs standing upright like his hair. A strange green aura began to develop around his and suddenly he was gone from sight.

He was far above King Kai's Planet shadow boxing in his full power state. He then made clones of himself appear to become his sparring partners. He started fighting against his clones, and one after another they fell. He knew it was too easy for him, but suddenly he felt like he had to train harder then ever before. The one person he promised to protect when he saw them again was down on King Kai's Planet. He knew even though his power is overwhelming already, he had to get stronger.

Suddenly the air around him began to vibrate as he trained. His ki disrupting the balance around King Kai's, then suddenly a tear ripped open before his eyes and inside a strange vision appeared. One of a man fighting against his fellow saiyans with incredible power. He watched as the man took on four mighty Oozarus at once defeating them each with a single blow. Then as if out of nowhere, the tear closed and he was hovering above King Kai's again. What was the vision he had just witness and why did it feel so familiar to him? He then resumed his training at a lower intensity.

[Rasha]

Rasha looked up at King Kai and heard what he said and she gave a nod even though she was still worried, though not for their safety but with how mad they might be at her for loosing her temper. She then worked on eating her food and as she did she watched Ruba finish his food and excuse himself. She couldn't help but to watch him. It had been several years since they first met and there was a familial bond she felt towards him.. She watched him as he left and went away from the planet to train and as he moved a distance away she was still able to focus on him through his Ki. She finished her food just as she felt him power up and the amazing strength of it gave her chills of excitement. She then got up after she finished and she said, "Excuse me...King Kai...thank you for the food... do you need help cleaning up?.." She said as she couldn't help her manors after so many years under the care of Whis.

[King Kai]

King Kai smiled as she offered to help him clean and responded, "There is no need for that Rasha. I do what I must to take care of my students. Now go on and observe Ruba. You two have a lot in common. Once you return we will discuss your training. In the meantime learn what you can from him." King Kai grabbed all of the dishes and returned to his kitchen to clean them.

[Rasha]

Rasha handed over her plates and then walked off away from the picnic table and headed off in the direction Ruba went. She then stopped and looked up and could see him in the distance. She then instant transmitted up to where he was. She had no fear of his strength. She gave him a smile and said, "Do you want to help train me so I can control my crazy abilities?..."

[Ruba]

Ruba was in the middle of charging an attack when Rasha appeared next to him. He released the blast and reverted back to his base form. He looked at her smile and listen to what she said. He then responded with, "Sure I don't mind helping you train. Their is going to be a catch though." He paused for a moment and powered back up into his wrathful state and looked back at her, "Does this seem familiar to you?"

[Rasha]

Rasha looked at Ruba and a smile crept over her face and for the first time ever she felt it was going to be ok to show her strength. She then powered up to her wrathful state as well and as the two of them hovered their green ki's mingled and shone bright as a star. She then said to him, "I knew their was a reason I liked you...we share something in common...."

She then slightly floated back to give some space.
"Where do we begin?..." She said as she waited to see what he wanted to do.

[Ruba]

Rasha looked at Ruba and a smile crept over her face and for the first time ever she felt it was going to be ok to show her strength. She then powered up to her wrathful state as well and as the two of them hovered their green ki's mingled and shone bright as a star. She then said to him, "I knew their was a reason I liked you...we share something in common...."

She then slightly floated back to give some space.
"Where do we begin?..." She said as she waited to see what he wanted to do.

He smiled and then started to laugh. He laughed a few moments before saying, "There is no "Where do we begin" there is only the battle before us." And with in moments before Rasha could react Ruba was already fly at her delivering a powerful punch across her stomach. He then reared back and headbutted her, sending her further away. He called out, "Attack me as if you mean to kill me! Come on I can take it!!! Show me that brilliant light I saw from you back on Snake Way!!!"

[Rasha]

The blow to her stomach and then the nasty headbutt sent her flying back. She quickly worked to recover herself then she strengthened her ki. She then looked at Ruba and gave a wicked grin. This was the first time she knew she could go all out without fear of hurting her family and it was like a relief because she really needed to vent. She then took off towards him and as she did she flashed out of sight and as she did that she used her psychic abilities to put of a telekinetic shield and when she blinked back into view she mixed her ki in with her shield and blasted right into him hard. She then landed an uppercut to his jaw and said, "I have no problem striking hard!..."

[Ruba]

Ruba reached down and grabbed Rasha by her head and began to punch her in the stomach. He then tossed her up into the air and grabbed her ankles, "I think you need to try harder! Hit me harder so I can grasp your true strength!!!" He said as he began to spin her in the air by her ankle. He then tossed her back to were she started. He stood there looking at her and waited for her next attack.

[Rasha]

Ruba was a bit confused by the display until it hit him. Still the punches were strong enough to make him wince for a second. Then came the uppercut. Over time she learned to observe alot more acutely and she educated herself during these ways but she never tried to use what she learned, but now she felt the need to let some of it show.

When he grabbed her by the head and began to punch her hard in the stomach she hardened herself, absorbing the pain of each blow to only feed her rage. And after he tossed her up and spun her by her ankles she was sent flying up in the air. She then regained her balance as she rubbed her stomach only briefly. She then allowed her rage to power up her ki until it burned like a yellow green flame.

"Fine you want some power then here!!" She said
Rasha then drew on her ki into both her hands and as she form ki balls she released a volly of ki blasts at him.

He gave her a smile as he flew back down to the planet and waited for her.

[King Kai]

King had finished the dishes when he saw the sparring match, or the evaluation, had started. He sat on the bench watching ad the two attacked. Though she was no where near Ruba's level she was doing quite well. He now understood why his student had such an interest in her. He saw them exchange attacks. He watched as Ruba approached Rasha and then began to head back. He waited for both to return to discuss training

[Rasha]

Ruba watched as Rasha got angrier and started using it to her advantage. He watch as she unleashed a flurry of energy blast at him. He stood his ground and took each hit. Slowly as the dust he started to laugh as he brushed himself off. He stood unphased by the attack and looked at Rasha. He slowly began to fly over and reverted back to his base form. He patted her on the head and said, "Well done. I think I grasp where your currently at. We'll go from there. Come on let's head back to King Kai." He gave her a smile as he flew back down to the planet and waited for her.

Rasha was breathing heavy with her anger and ki still leaving her empowered. As she hovered in the air she saw that her blasts did nothing to Ruba and before she could loose her temper any more he approached her and put his hand on her head. As he did she felt her body relax and she sighed. She then watched him go back down to King Kai's planet and as he did she reverted back down to her base form. She then followed him down and landed near him. She then said under her breath, "Whoa..."

[King Kai]

King Kai looked at Ruba, and then to Rasha and he smiled. "Well what do you think Rasha? Is he going to be a good trainer for you? Just make sure their isn't any... monkey business!" King Kai began to laugh at his joke as he turned to the side and raised his hand.

Off in the distance was another copy of King Kai's Planet. He gestured to it and stated, "Since you two are so destructive with that strange green ki, I've created a stronger replica of my planet so you two can train with out any worry. I've even made some beds for you as well to rest. Now go on, I'll send Gregory to get you when dinner is ready." He turned and went back into his house.

[Narrator]

A Month and a Half Has Passed:

finally as Raditz and Goku have made it to the end of Snake Way, Ruba has taught Rasha more ways to utilize her wrathful state of transformation. She has gain considerable control over the form, though she has had moments of losing herself. She has grown stronger with the training. Now, how will She fair with dealing with her brothers? Will they forgive her, or will they be spiteful and resent her for her lack of control? Only time will tell.

[Goku]

Raditz was down right exhausted by the time they finally reached the end of Snake Way. He looked around at the empty vast expanse of golden clouds. Raditz too looked up when Kakarot mentioned sensing Rasha. "So she did continue without us. I have to wonder if she even cared we were gone." Raditz crossed his arms as he looked at the twin planets above them.

Raditz looked over at his brother when Kakarot mentioned another strong ki. "Well if that is where this King Kai lives maybe you are sensing him up there." Raditz's tail unfurled from his waist as he readied to make the jump. "I still don't know how you do that without a scouter. Maybe you can teach me. It would be a very lucrative skill going forward." Raditz suggested as he used his ki to shoot off the tail of Snake Way and towards the planet in the distance.

Goku looked at Raditz and said, "I think she cares alot more than you give her credit." He said then looked up.

"Let's get going...time is wasting and we still got training to do..." He said then charged up his ki and made a mighty leap up towards King Kai's planet.

As he did his first jump he fell short and landed back by Raditz. Then he tried again and the second time he was able to make it.

As he got close to the planet the planet's gravitational pull which was a lot stronger that what is on earth and he plummeted to the surface of the planet and kissed the dirt by the impact.

"OWE!!.." he said as he tried to get up.

[Raditz]

Raditz was down right exhausted by the time they finally reached the end of Snake Way. He looked around at the empty vast expanse of golden clouds. Raditz too looked up when Kakarot mentioned sensing Rasha. "So she did continue without us. I have to wonder if she even cared we were gone." Raditz crossed his arms as he looked at the twin planets above them.

Raditz looked over at his brother when Kakarot mentioned another strong ki. "Well if that is where this King Kai lives maybe you are sensing him up there." Raditz's tail unfurled from his waist as he readied to make the jump. "I still don't know how you do that without a scouter. Maybe you can teach me. It would be a very lucrative skill going forward." Raditz suggested as he used his ki to shoot off the tail of Snake Way and towards the planet in the distance.

Raditz watched as Kakarot failed in his first attempt and then successfully planted himself into the surface of the surprisingly small yet dense planet. Raditz suspected something was up as he landed hard himself, though a bit more gracefully than his younger brother. "Well now that is interesting." Raditz finally spoke up as he scooped up some of the local grass on the tiny planet and watched how quickly it fell to the ground.

Raditz looked over at Kakarot who was still face first in the dirt. "Come on Kakarot! The gravity here is not that bad. Even if it is rather high for such a small planet." Raditz walked over to where his brother was struggling. "Would you like some help?" He asked almost sincerely.

Goku looked up at Raditz as he struggled to get back up. He definitely wasn't used to the gravity change. He then said, "Yeah...hold on...I think I about got this..." and He finally got to his feet and he looked at Raditz and said, "Yeah...well Earth has a mild gravitational pull and its not like I have had many chances to travel much...but I got this...humm." he said as he shook off the effects and worked to steady himself.

He then looked up at the second planet and as he did he could feel the power sources coming from there. One was crazy high and the other felt like Rasha's but it had gotten stronger. He then looked at Raditz and said, "You want a lesson on how to seen someones power...here...look at that planet...close your eyes and concentrate on sensing the ki energy around you. once you can feel the energy you will be able to detect others that have higher than normal ki and the only reason it seems difficult is because all living things carry ki..."

He then paused then said, "I think Rasha is up on that planet over there and it feels like she is with someone with an immense ki..."

[Raditz]

Raditz looked up at the second planet and closed his eyes as he was told. He tried to focus on their sister but couldn't quite figure out how or what. This wasn't like the training he normally did. He always had use of his eyes then. "I don't get it Kakarot, all I'm doing is standing here with my eyes closed."

[King Kai]

"Allow me to assist with that, what Rasha has told me seems to be true." A small blue figure said behind Raditz and Goku. He looked at Raditz and said, "Now keep your eyes closed, I'll explain what Ki Sense is and maybe that will be enough for you to understand. Goku pretty much gave you the lame man's term." King Kai walked around to the front of Raditz.

He looked at the two and began to say to Raditz, "Ki sensing is the ability to sense the location, life force, and power level of anyone; the stronger and closer the target, the more powerful the sensation. The distance from which an individual's ki can be sensed depends on the strength of the ki and the skill of the user. Particularly powerful ki can be sensed even across the distance between the living world and divine realms such as Other World. If you ask me this should be easy for someone who is related to Goku since he did it as a ten year old. Just focus and clear your mind." King Kai watched to see if Raditz understood.

He then stated, "Once you learn the fundamentals, you'll be able to sense ki with your eyes open. You'll be able to discern certain ki by the people you meet."

[Goku]

Goku looked at Raditz as he tried to explain the technique but it was obvious he was having trouble. He then heard King Kai and he looked at him as he tried to explain to Raditz how to sense Ki. While they were talking he turned and looked up in the distance as a spectacular light show of powerful Ki could be seen. He was totally focused on the action in the distance and he turned and asked King Kai, "Who is that that is training with Rasha...his ki is amazing?..." He said as he wanted to meet this mystery person who was training his sister.

Atop his head Raditz noticed a pair of insect antenna as he walked around them. "Now who are you?" Raditz was a bit insulted by the notion Kakarot learned something at Ten he still didn't know how to do at his age.

Even though he was currently unable to sense ki on the same level as Kakarot and Rasha he was able to see some of the display they were putting on. If that was really Rasha up there, her combat abilities must have improved greatly in the few months she was here. This bodes well for Kakarot and himself. Maybe this trip won't be a total waste.

Raditz looked down at the little blue bug man. "Thank you for that insulting explanation, but we are hear to see King Kai for training. Is that him up there training with our sister? We are kind of on a tight schedule. My old associates are on their way to Earth and we need to get stronger to stop them."

King Kai began to laugh as these two misjudged him. He looked to both of them and said, "Well this is a first for me. Are you saying just because I'm short and don't look like much, I can't be King Kai. The truth is I'm King Kai and the one training your sister is an associate of mine. One your familiar with Raditz." King Kai walked over to the center of the courtyard and began to talk to an insect that was resting on the ground.

"Go grab them for me will you Gregory. Let them know the slow pokes have arrived." He said to the insect in a very low tone. A few seconds past and vanished from sight as it began to depart towards the second planet. King Kai then turned back to the two men and said, "Sorry if my explanation on how to sense ki was insulting to you Raditz. I should remember you've been around brutish people all your life so clearing your mind and focusing is rather difficult for you."

King Kai then looked over at Goku and began to study him closely. Though he was a saiyan he did seem different from Rasha and Raditz. He almost seemed human to him. He smiled and said to the two of them, "Your sister and her trainer should be here shortly. Raditz please try and keep your narcissistic and brash insults to yourself. The one training Rasha wont tolerate it. I'm warning you now, but don't blame me if you get in trouble"

[Goku]

Goku looked over when King Kai greeted them. He heard how Raditz spoke to him but when he heard King Kai introduce himself he said, "Ohhh so you are King Kai...I thought that monkey over there was at first....hehehe" He said with a bit of a laugh then he listened to the rest of what King Kai was telling Raditz and as he was listening he looked back over at the fight in the distance and noticed it stopped.
